As the two floated up the gravity lift, they finally entered the belly of the ship, at which point the gravity lift turned off and a series of metal plates filled in the open space underneath them, forming a tiled metallic floor. The two landed on the ground softly and were soon approached by the 8ft tall Freelancer.

As Atir attempted to question and taunt him, The Freelancer remained silent and as still as ever. Despite his bulky but somewhat athletic "design", he was still as a statue and his emotions behind the mask were unreadable. Once Atir had finished, The Freelancer moved his left arm and flung a small data chip at Atir, which landed at her feet. The way in which he moved was devoid of any unnecessary motion - somewhat robotic but fluid at the same time.
"This is what you came for," he finally spoke. "I entered and raided the spire while you and your men were down there, fighting against the human intelligence agency." He paused. "There was nothing there at all. No intelligence, nothing. The entire base was a trap and you fell for it." The way in which he spoke was straightforward, cold and devoid of any emotion.

Just as he finished speaking, all of Atir's bodyguards dropped dead with holes in their heads. From around them, an entire group of humanoid drones uncloaked themselves and were now visible to both Atir and Elias, their weapons primed and ready to fire at the two at any moment.
"And yes, I am here on a bounty. You."
And just as soon as he had finished speaking, the two guards nearest to his left and right sides opened fire on the two with painful stun rounds, aimed at both of their chests. The projectiles would, if they had successfully hit their targets, penetrate the skin but nothing more, and release needles into the flesh to anchor themselves in and deliver continuous electric shocks into their bodies.

During the discussion the metal man tossed a chip on the ground and not simply hand it to her. Atir narrowed her eyes in curiosity. She never looked at the chip and never took her eyes off the man in front of her. A few gun shots and the men behind her were dead. Within that second, Void markings appeared on her arm. Her annoyance of how foolish an unprepared the bounty hunter had been.  How could this machine be so careless and not truly understand who he is facing? “You are the poorest excuse of a bounty hunter I have ever seen. You bring in targets within a confined space, underestimate them, and think that a tight space is going to give you the edge. You’ve underestimated Elias and I, this will cost you.” She said as they fired one last time. Her magic had already be activated, stepping to the left she avoided the first shot. Sending another burst of energy towards Elias, pushing him off balance, making sure that the round would miss him as well.
               

         Atir’s metal hand grabbed the side of the ship and the engines cut out. Since she can access the ship and directly touch it, she can mess with some of its mechanics. The ship began to dip to the left. Atir spun around and her arm slightly opened. Metallic dust came from her arm and a Nypherian weapon formed in her hands. She fired and dropped the beings behind her. “Now What Bounty Hunter, I am in my comfort zone. Nypherian tech does wonders, especially since this tech has been merged with tech known by Nypherians. Meaning, the Nypherian arm can manipulate it. We are at an impasse. A stand off if you want to call that. You gave away your intentions by tossing the chip on the ground and not simply handing the device to me. You even shoot my men and talk to me, you must be an idiot. You gave me enough time to react.” She said holding her metal hand just an inch away from the wall of the ship.

Elias caught himself before falling completely over while some kind of electric bullet grazed just past his shoulder, ripping the fabric on his sweatshirt. The wizard took a moment to rebuild the invisible vortex of magical power, undetectable by the magically inept, he was careful to conceal the power buildup in his staff. This spell had to be very fine and precise for it to work perfectly. After all, Elias had one friendly ally and few dozen robots. He had to hit them and not Blue.

Blue's talking gave Elias the perfect amount of time. The wizard shaped an electric cloud in his mind, the sort that would short out. He finally cast the spell. An electric charge flowed throughout the room, narrowly avoiding Blue's arm as she cut off the engines. The wizard was fairly positive his EMP spell would short out the dozens of droids surrounding them. As for the giant robot ahead of him, not so much. With any luck it'd slow him down.

The Freelancer remained unphased - both in his stature and emotion. The girl clearly hadn't been in a real fight or was at best, incredibly naive. No matter, her words meant nothing and he had a job to do.
There was something she neglected to realise: this was his ship. Through his ability of technopathy, furthered by the symbiotic relationship between himself and the ship, the Freelancer swiftly managed to cut off Atir's connection to the ship. A powerful electric shock was also sent upwards from the hull of the ship into her in response to her intrusion.

Instantly after, his heightened senses allowed him to split reality as he perceived it into several different frames of reference - all of which took place at the same time.
In one frame, The Freelancer regained control of the engines and quickly disconnected the Nypherian engines. This briefly caused the ship to plummet into free-fall, however the old engine was quickly refitted thanks to the ship's automated systems and the ship regained its hover over the surface.
In another frame, The Freelancer had prepared the ship's point-defense turrets at the same time and targeted the surviving gang members below. The massacre that followed killed off numerous survivors with only some managing to find safety.
In a third frame, The Freelancer kept his eye on but let his droids do the work for him - for now. The droids that Atir had dropped got back up, only slightly damaged - clearly not cannon fodder as she had so foolishly thought. The droids again surrounded the two and opened fire with the stun rounds. Should any of them attempt to dodge their lines of fire, the droids' pinpoint accuracy would enable them to effectively track their movements and continue their relentless assault until both of them were put down.

However this did not last long, as an EMP blast went off and hit all of his droids and The Freelancer himself at once. The Freelancer was unphased yet again thanks to his energy shielding - which received minor damage. His droids however were for a second or two, stunned - showing a remarkable resistance against EMPs despite their robotic nature. As soon as they had recovered, they resumed their onslaught with the same ferocity as before.
