| The Imperial Court:
The Imperial Court consists of the leaders of the empire ranging from Dukes/Duchesses,to military high command and the brightest minds in each field of science and learning. This collection of leaders then provide counsel to the Emperor/Empress and discuss issues within the empire through a byzantine system of voting and agreements.The Court is structured under the following hierarchy.
- The Imperial monarch
- The Viscount
- The Grand Imperator
- The Duchy Dukes/Duchesses
- Top Military Imperators & Admiralty
- Civil & Religious leaders

Rise to power: Raxus Imar was one of the most trusted allies to the founder and former Emperor of the Imperium,he is a shrewd and brilliant economist who founded the Serpentum Trade Guilds of the past,due to the sudden shift in power after the death of Emperor Sagess and the resulting civil war for a heir caused Imar to take the position of Emperor for the time being despite him never taking the title of Emperor itself.He rebuilt the empire with the aid of it's new member states and with the support of Grand Imperator Zorbek was able to reestablish control over the displaced population that was now part of the new Imperium.
