Lucifer started the engine to the Lucian 1TS as Synth was right next to him. It had seemed only those two were in the space ship. Lucifer had thought just bringing them to Apex 122 to ally the Immortal was the best idea for them and the Lucian Kingdom. Synth then sits down as Jasiv from the insides of the space ship says "Welcome aboard gentlemen, Apex 122 is now our destination for today." as Lucifer glances over Synth. He says "Alright. Here we come Immortals." as he grins looking at each other then back to the front of their attention. Lucifer then pulls back the space ships lever having it then start to hover above the ground and it takes off into the distance heading towards Apex 122. Hours and hours pass a the Lucian 1TS finally warps into Apex 122's path. Lucifer see's the planet in the distance and looks at Synth as a voice comes on above them saying "Apex 122 is now of landing range. Preparing to land in 10 seconds." as the space ship gets closer to it, it lands in a open plateau carefully.  Lucifer comes out with Synth right next to him in a professional suit holding a sealed document in his right hand. They both look out to the distance as they stand there as Lucifer has his sword on his back. 

too bad for lucifer, this would be the beginning of a bad day, as none of the immortals expected him and the high ranking decisions like alliances tend to take a long time if not proposed by immortal elites, and that through other news programs his faction had a sort of ratty reputation with the immortal citizens, this was evident by the many demons, humans, elves, dwarves, dridders, orcs and many other races that wandered around apex for their own bussines but still happen to recognize him.

eventually after a few hours the official leader, tower wandered by and saw lucifer aimlessly wandering around the hub, he recognized lucifer and frowned slightly, was he going to attack apex, that would be a bad idea, so to prevent a massacre in the hub the massive man made his waay to lucifer, being visible from quite a hile and being quite intimidating as he makes his way to lucifer.

Lucifer stands his ground when the man started to approach him. Synth stood right next to him as they both watch the man get closer. They both seemed calm as can be oddly awaiting the guys approach. Lucifer and Synth seem to be wanting to make an agreement of some sort with the Immortals so that's why he set off for their planet in the first place. As the guy approaches Lucifer, he says "Are you one in charge here?" as he awaits the guy's reply. It was strange to see Lucifer not bring any of his troops at all. It was clear he wanted to make it seem that he was of no harm at all to Apex 122 or the Immortals. Synth's face was making it clear that he was unsure of the situation and what Lucifer planned to do with the Immortals but went along with the idea of allying them anyways. Synth says "We come of no harm as you can see." as he takes off his reading glasses.

the tall man seemed to be surprised for one that lucifer decided to come in peace, but just his presence here could very well put them in bad daylight, but he had a plan. "i see, and yes, you are talking to tower charlot, the official leader of the immortals." as soon as he stood before lucifer, he litterally looked down due to the size difference. "then what brings you here?"

Lucifer glances at Synth as he hands over the sealed document to him and then looks at Tower holding it in front of him. Lucifer says "This...Is a sealed folder with documents that you can signature which will cause a joining of our forces." as he hands it over to him. Lucifer seemed confident he was going to ally the Immortals. Synth smiles as Lucifer was done talking saying "We're sorry to barge in so randomly like this after a recent bad rumor of us..Lucifer explain please." as Lucifer then crosses his arms. After doing that, he says "Well, the attack on Asgard was a point prover, to show everyone what I'm capable of. Just imagine what I'd be capable of it my kingdom was put to good use? This is where you come in.. Join us and help better ourselves for we have neutral feelings about all the planets." as he then awaited a response.

it took tower a while to judge if lucifer was serious or not, this was evident by the expression the eyes his helmet made. after a few seconds of making this almost funny face he shook his head and made more of a grin. "yeah, i was actually on my way on a mission on anthir to expand my own territory, ill send one of my employees who i believe you've met already over right away, perhaps you can convince her." the man says as he wanders off, after 10 minutes or so sylvia shows up, she narrowed her eyes when she saw him.

Lucifer sees a familiar girl coming his way and says "Ah Sylvia. Haven't seen you in a while.." as he seems in a calm mood. All of a sudden Jasiv's voice came from the Lucian 1TS clearly saying "Planet's data is now stored the hard drive." Lucifer glanced behind him at the ship and grinned as he knew the technology he was working on actually worked well. Lucifer says to Sylvia, "I've come to ally the Immortals." as he crosses his arms looking at her. Synth looks at her as well right along side Lucifer awaiting a response.

sylvia was surprised to see lucifer again, especially on apex 122 where he would be considered an enemy of the public. "ah...hi lucifer, so you're here for an alliance right...? well the immortals already have a bunch of alliances so...i dont know, really and tower seems reluctant and his voice is ultimate...so im sorry, thou- uhm! what does that scan mean?!" she asks with a hint of panic in her voice.

Lucifer chuckled and looks at Sylvia saying "Oh that's just Jasiv scanning the planet for all of its information. It doesn't do no harm at all. She's quite friendly, wanna see her?" as he offers Sylvia if she wants to take a look at what he was working on the past few months. Synth looks back at the Lucian 1TS and then back at Sylvia. They both await her response. Lucifer thought it was an interesting idea to have Jasiv built in the Lucian 1TS. She's known to be quite useful at times.

Sylvia stepped back, the scanning of apex 122 really had destroyed the slim chances of the alliance, and it was evident lucifer was now officially in violation of a quite severe law of the immortals. Sylvia backed of a little bit but surely and surely, behind lucifer a band of heavily armored security agents showed up, they carried some sort of tracking device and they stood next to lucifer's ship. The team consisted of 8 tall, buff, heavily armed and armored soldiers led by a smaller older woman also dressed in combat armor wielding a pistol as opposed to the gatling guns, shotguns and arc razors her soldiers wore.

"sir, the scan came out of this ship, what are your orders?" the heavy soldier asked in a deep, low voice. to his question, the old woman, apparently in her 60's turned to him and gave him orders in a stern tone, it was about obvious security training was nothing like normal police, being almost military grade. "alpha, kilo, bravo and beta. You open up this ship, retrieve the scan results and destroy it, charlie, mike, phantom and x-ray, you shall come with me to figure out who owns this ship and arrest them for violations of a severe immortal law, the immortal laws shall be obeyed within our sector." she said as she had her men breach lucifer's ship open to disable the scan and destroy the results as well as clues as to who the owner might be, meanwhile sylvia kind of had an awkward not sure to say expression on her face.

Lucifer sees all of these people come out of nowhere and seems confused as to what he did wrong. Synth looks at the agents saying as he put on his glasses, "That scan is automatic programmed to happen on every new area the ship lands on. If your planning on destroying said scan manually yourself, which is in Jasiv's data base, you'd have to destroy the AI itself. Or you can simply ask Lucifer to-" as he gets cut off by Lucifer. He puts his hand on Synths stomach saying "Jasiv. Destroy the god forsaken data for Apex 122." After he said that, a AI's voice came from the ship saying, "Yes. Currently getting rid of Apex 122's information from hard drive. 15%. 50%. 90%. 100% Deleted." Lucifer grins and shrugs saying "But you can seem like idiots and just barge in there if you really want to, nothings in there but a non-lethal and friendly AI and then the ship itself." looking at them.

the soldiers looked at sylvia and she was made to wander off, lucifer was in big trouble now with the immortal security force on apex. the older woman who was clearly in charge of the 8 massive half robotic soldiers raiding lucifer's ship for intel turned to lucifer and walked up to him. "so sonny, if you are the owner of this ship you are under arrest for spy charges, not because you have the data or not, but because you posses such equipment and use it outside of operations. you must come with us to file a report. You will be held in costudy from there until you get your trial."

after the woman said the last word, 6 of the massive robotic soldiers stood around lucifer with their weapons drawn and aimed at him, one of them spoke to lucifer in a low gruff robotic voice. "we are authorized to use lethal force, do not resist arrest. Please follow us to the office to file the report."

2 days later, the trial was over. Lucifer was found guilty of: Spy charges, War crimes and exploitation of pacifism and sentenced a forced period of mental treatment based on his mortality (3000 years) or death sentence upon denial. Lucifer is currently in a locked prison/treatment centre serving his 3000 years, wich means not much of his immortal life would be wasted, after his treatment in the far future lucifer will be introduced as an immortal citizen and will find new life on apex 122.

with the abscence of their leader, the lucian empire crumbled over 3 months.
