A fleet of Nypherian ships broke warp over the system of Scorix. The lead ship, run by Vice Admiral Koff, looked out the window of the command deck. There before him is a small fleet of Asmodian ships. He snarled, "All hands, this is not a drill. I repeat, this is not a drill. Send the message for reinforcements. Send orders to the fleet and prepare for battle." The fleet of 30 ships now spread out and moved into attack position. The Asmodians had also responded. Their ships moved into attack positions and gunned their engines. Both fleets opened fire upon each other. The sounds of conflict erupted as the two fleets collided in laser fire. The Asmodians were out numbered, only a small fleet had been left as the main Armada had moved on.

"Move the Frigates forward on the front lines. Keep the larger ships in the back. Deploy fighter squadrons and small frigate defensive lines around out ships." The orders Koff had been giving were heard by everyone. The AI responded and the Warrant Officers also did their part. Fighters and the smaller frigates had been deployed. The Asmodians also deployed their squadrons in response to the Nypherians. The fighter collided in a dance of colors. Laser fire and explosions flashed randomly between the two fleets.

Large bolts of fire crossed betwween both fleets. "Send our bomber squads and have the fleets move. I want to be in striking positions on the sides of the Asmodian fleet." Vice Admiral Koff had begun sending orders amongst his feel. "I want to know when those reinforcements will be arriving!" "5 seconds sir!" his Coms Warrant Officer had yelled back over the sounds of conflict that surrounds the planet. In a few seconds another fleet had warped in. This fleet had been sent by request of Admiral Koff.

The fleets, now combing forces, now greatly over powered the Asmodian numbers. The fleet now had enough numbers to flank from three sides. They attacked by moving towards them and from both sides. The cross fire had now turned to be in favor of the Nypherians. Moment had gone by and the numbers of the Asmodians had begun to drop. Their ships slowly being swamping by fire from MC2B23's, Assault Cruiser MC 3B10's, and AC G20C Cruiser Class Frigates. The AC B12C Cruiser Class Frigates stayed back and protected the MC 2B13's.

The Turbo lasers begin to rip into the hulls of the Asmodian ships. Pieces of debry erupted from one of the nearby Asmodian ship. Within moments, small explosions begin to erupt randomly from the hull of the Asmodian ship. The small explosions traveled to the engines of the ship. Soon, the entire ship exploded. The ship dipped down towards the planet and smoke billowed out from the back. The entire backside of the ship had exploded and pieces of debry went in every direction.

Debry flew into every direction, striking the shields of nearby Nypherian ships and tearing into Asmodian ships. The cross fire from the Nypherian assault had the Asmodians confused and in disarray. They couldn't organize a counter attack. Nypherian bombers had begun their runs towards designated targets. Asmodian AA's focused on fighters and Nypherian bombers. Red flashes of light emitted from the Asmodian ships, followed by cracking of thunder, these rounds began to exploded all around the bomber squadrons.

The fleet that had been hanging back had now been slowly moving forward. They had been hanging back and waiting for orders. With the falling of the Asmodian fleet, the orders ad been sent to the fleet in the back ranks of the Nypherian Forces. While they had been slowly moving, the current Nypherian and Asmodian conflict raged on. The flashes of light that emits from the Space conflict are a mixture of weapons discharge and explosions. Vice Admiral Koff watched the 3D map of the battle. He began to send orders through the 3D map.

The fleet had been slowly moving into position and sat right behind the the fleet that had the Admiral. There they waited for orders to send troops to the planet. The battle raged on over the planet. As time passed, there were less enemy ships. Soon, the fleet that had been hanging back, had been given the "Green Light" to invade the planet. The fleet moved under the engaging fleet combat. There, they began to send thousands of troops towards the planet. Above them, any destroyed ship either floated into space or fell to the planet.

The large MC 2B13's broke from the clouds. Hundreds of them had passed through the clouds and instantly began unloading troops. Scans of the planet had finally showed up to the commanding officers flag ship. Vice Admiral Koff had finally received them. He painstakingly picked through every bit of detail on the map. He discovered that the original owners of the planet were still alive. The Asmodians hadn’t killed them off yet. He smirked to himself, “Send word too Lieutenant Colonel Heross. I want road troops pushing into those marked city objectives. Ignore the local populace fighting the Asmodians and use them as a distraction. I want Beachheads constructed in 0800 hours.” The Warrant Officers nodded their head and began to send out the orders to the leading officer of the Dominion of the planet.

On the drop ship, Lieutenant Colonel Heross placed his fingers to his ear. He listened to the transmission that had come from the CO of the Dominion. Removing his fingers from his ear, “Change of plans, we’re not here to help the locals. This is primarily to sweep the system clean. Our job is to kill off these Asmodian scum then deal with the locals after.” The Leading officer’s orders had been sent to the entire army within the fleet. With the Nypherian ships breaking through the clouds, the locals watch in horror and wonder.

The front has been drawn. The Nypherian Empire had formed beachheads and begun their push on the planet. The Nypherian forces moved through the ruined cities, ignoring the locals. The fighting had stretched along the first cities. The Asmodians had become aware of the Nypherian presence on the planet. The line of soldiers had begun to form within the cities and the armored vehicles began to move forward. The cross fire from the buildings can be seen and the locals had also joined in the fight. Per orders, the Nypherians ignored the locals but didn't stop them from helping.

Locals joined the frontlines of the Nypherians and shot back at the Asmodians. Very soon, the Asmodians had pulled out of the city and the front lines moved up. Lieutenant Colonel Heross, is the leading officer and he did move with the troops. Over the planet, the Asmodian fleet had been defeated and a few retreated back to Abiri. Vice Admiral Koff sent word to the leading officer on the ground of the news. The frontlines and the beachheads had been secured. The massive push is about to begin.

Magical rounds and Nypherian crossfire had intensified just outside of the city. The frontlines had been drawn again as the Nypherian Empire had been stopped from advancing any further. The rounds striking at the Nypherian trenches kicked up dirt and dust. The locals had also joined in the fight as they shared the trenches with the Nypherians. "Who are these guys, Captain?" one of the local soldiers yelled over the chaos.There had been a response but he could barely hear it. The ground began to shake as a Nypherian Behemoth tank had moved just behind the Trenches. The Asmodian magical rounds have just either bounced off or exploded on contact on the tank.

More Nypherian soldiers jumped into the trenches and Nypherian Cybernetics had also joined in the fight. The screeching sounds of Nypherian fighters flew over head, engaged in combat with Asmodian fighters. The tank began to fire towards the Asmodian front lines. The sound of the cannons going off deafens the local soldiers ears. Grabbing his ears, desperately trying to block out the sound.  Thunderous feeling shook him to much that he fell to his knee. The smell of of war filled his nose. To him, it was like to Gods were fighting over his planet. There is nothing his people could do to stop it.

It had been a week since the initial Nypherian invasion, that seemed to counter the Asmodians. The Nypherians had pushed into the second city and had set up artillery support within the limits of the first city. The skies were not littering with trails of smoke from the artillery. The sounds of explosions could be heard from the first city. The frontline of conflict had formed 10 blocks within the city. A mixture of explosions and screams. Smoke billowed from the frontlines as Nypherian tanks moved slowly forward and they were followed by Nypherian forces. Lieutenant Colonel Heross fired rounds from his gun and stayed behind the tanks. “I want a slow push, sweep the streets, and make way for the second push!” he yelled into communications.

The second push would consist of more tanks and more soldiers, along with walker support. Within orbit, the ships fired down the walkers. They fell from the sky like meteors. Striking the ground and sending dust and dirt everywhere. A line of walkers rose from the ground and they began to make their way towards the frontline. A new wave of tanks and soldiers had already made their way towards the city. They would arrive within 10 minutes.

A storm cell began to move into the valley. The wind and rain began to pick up. The once torn earth had become a muddy mess. Slowly the tanks and Nypherian push. Though, it make have affected the Nypherians, it also effected the Asmodians. They fought in the mud and the dirt, moving only a few feet through the city, every few days. The vehicle conflict had grinded to a slow haul. Conflict had become more chaotic, and the natives were still being ignored. Very soon, the second wave had finally arrived. The Nypherian Walkers and tank wave entered the city.

Nypherian soldiers soon took the buildings, exchanging fire through windows and ruined walls. “To the buildings! The weather will slow us down and we need to take this carefully. Place artillery and missile defenses within the first few blocks and cut paths through the city!” Lieutenant Colonel Heross yelled over the coms. Nypherian Walker began to blast and cut their way through the city. Their powerful cannons releasing a massive amount of firepower cleared buildings with ease. This created a pathway for other Nypherian soldiers.

Vice Admiral Koff stood over the 3D map. He watched the reading of the battle and he knew the Asmodians were trapped on the planet. They had nowhere to go and they weren’t getting help anytime soon. With the Nypherian Victory over the planet and the fleet had firm grips on Scorix space, the Nypherians could easily support their ground troops. He placed orders to send towards air support through the 3D map. Placing strafing orders towards Nypherian and Cybernetic fighters. Bombers began to strafing runs on Asmodian positions. They had a tight support fire alongside Nypherian artillery support.

On the ground, the Nypherians finally had taken the second city. On other points of the planet, Nypherians have been gaining ground and cutting off enemy supply routes. This also led to surrounding Asmodian forces and slaughtering them on three fronts. The next plan is to continue and surrounding Asmodian fronts. Using their poor tactics against them and using quick aggressive tactics to destroy moral of the Asmodians. Lieutenant Colonel Heross continued to lead the front and make sure the plan had been followed to the letter.

Shu, the Asmodian General had been backed into the corner. The fronts had fallen and the fleet had been destroyed. The digital map on the 3D projector showed the fonts closing. His air support had been thinning and becoming barely usable. He tapped his fingers upon the projector wondering what to do next. He could hear the front moving closer. The front near the valley had broken and the Nypherian tank battalions were now barreling down towards his camp. “Move soldiers from the left flank towards our front guard. We must slow down the Nypherians. There isn’t much we can do at this point, we’re on our own. “ he said towards his men.

The “Front Guard” as the Asmodians called it, had two battalions barreling down towards the enemy camp. The  two groups were the 301^st Tank Battalion and the 75^th Infantry Battalion, consisting of Nypherian and Cybernetic divisions. They soon came under fire from the retreating Asmodian force and reinforcements from the other fronts. Lieutenant Colonel Heross, he had expected this move. The only intelligent move one can make, it was a stall tactic. Though, it would only delay the looming end of the battle for the planet.

Then fronts had been closing in on the last Asmodian camp. With removing forces from each front and placing them on the other front, trying to slow down Nypherian forces. It had backed fired and now both side fronts had collapsed and now the Nypherians were pushing towards the camp. Asmodians had ordered a retreat and provide one final stand. The Asmodians held up a fight for only 2 hours until their final defensive line had fell. Within minutes, the all clear signal had been given. The shooting finally stopped and peace finally fell upon the planet. The residents of the planet were relieved to know they were finally free.

Vice Admiral Koff is going over the end conflict results. The residents had suffered so much damage, that being left alone is no longer an option. By Nypherian law, they begun to set up shop on the planet. Satellites and Weapon Platforms had begun being constructed around the planet. Probes and other AI tore apart the rubble and the old cities. Marks and symbols had been placed for the construction of the new cities and homes. The residents of the planet agreed to become part of the Nypherian Empire and been told they will have new homes being built and a memorial made in the honor of their fallen.

Vice Admiral Koff went over the information and the agreements of the natives. He looked over the new orders to take the planet under Nypherian Law. He smirked, “Our territory expands and our wealth grows.” He paused as a message distracted him from his thoughts. “Go ahead”, he said as he opened the com channel. “Vice Admiral, its Grand Marshal Wyatt Graydon. New orders, the fleet over Norma Prime will split and join you. We have gotten word of our victory on Norma Prime.” The com closed off. Vice Admiral Koff threw his hands in the air in joy. Finally, the war with the Darkness has ended. Now, they can focus on expanding their empire and begun influence in a new sector of the galaxy.

The outlines of large cities began to grow and expand. The large sprawling cities stood out compared to the vanishing old town of the residents of the planet. They watched in awe as the AI probes built these cities out of nowhere. Very soon, the first city had been created and the natives finally had a place to call home again. Space ports and trade hubs were soon created within the city limits.

Wit majority of the Nypherian military leaving the planet, there had been a selected to stay. 100 ships have been designated to standby on the planet. The fleet orbited the planet and began guard duty. On the planet, more cities began to develop and Void Citizens soon arrived. The locals of the planet, found it odd to have “Aliens” walking around on their planet. However, how friendly they were and how they were taught how to use the new technology. Had put them at ease and relieved a lot of worry. The cities had finally been completed and new planetary defense weapons were being installed on the planet.

These new weapons were to fire from the surface the planet, into the sky. These are AI controlled but they’re placed within Nypherian Military hubs that created Nypherian Soldiers and tanks. With the oceans and large rivers. Nypherian Navy ships patrol the oceans and waters. They keep a stern look “skywards” making sure nothing escapes their gaze.

The last few days on the planet, the Nypherian Armada had grown. The parts of the Armada that had been fighting in Norma Prime, had just showed up. The planets defenses have just been finished and everything has been prepared. The supplying forces have been reinforced as 100 more ships stayed in defense of the planet, making it a total of 200 defending ships. The fleet had gotten their orders and begun their move on Abiri. The ships all moved towards the marked location and in waves, the fleet vanished into warp. This continued until the entire Armada had left the planet location.

On the surface, life had changed radically. They simple modern lifestyle the natives were use too, it changed to a futuristic lifestyle. Flying cars, moving streets, glowing buildings, and many different aliens walking around the cities. The natives have been given a happier and more unique life. Even after everything that had lost, they gained twice as much back. With the monument for their people done, the people every week would come and pay their respect. A holiday, on this planet, marked a day to remember the invasion of the Asmodians.
