Description:
The Paris-class heavy frigate is a type of fleet escort ship in service with the UNSC Navy. Though its primary hangar bay is smaller than that of the Charon-class light frigate, the Paris class is more heavily armed and armored than smaller frigates types. Heavy frigates are capable of atmospheric maneuvering and are occasionally used by the UNSC for ground-support operations. The Paris class is very fast and maneuverable in space, allowing it to engage hostile vessels while avoiding high volumes of fire.

This contradiction might confuse some people, unless it was intended to mean it is fast compared to other heavy frigates, but overall in terms of ships is still only a 5 (average). Maybe explain in a reply or make some changes here?

Other than that, everything looks good.

I bumped it up to a 7, the reason as to why it isn't higher is because in comparison to lighter frigates that I plan to add in the future, this ship is bound to be less maneuverable due to its additional armour.

Therefore I'll be having it so that the lighter frigates I introduce have a higher grade in terms of maneuverability and speed.
