Strengths
Seraphim Tech-Masters are all battle hardened and experienced combatants. They are usually somewhat skilled with technology. A Tech-Master is always the battlefield commander, which means they get some of the best weapons and armor available to their ship(s). Their four sometimes give them an advantage in single combat.
Weaknesses
Seraphim are ignorant to many of the forces around them, and as such, tend to underestimate powerful foes such as the Nypherians and sometimes the UNSC. They use no formal strategy and often rely on hit and run tactics. If you kill the Tech-Master, the Seraphim will almost always retreat.

Seraphim Pressure Suit: A combination of armor and a space suit. The Pressure suit can protect the wearer from space environments and can take a surprising amount of punishment before breaking.
