History
Xumarz isn't the birth name of this wanderer. Long ago the creature was born into darkness. It's believed he is the son of a Black Orc, a mighty champion of the high orc tribes in The Demonic Crusade. A strong and intelligent creature, known for his outstanding war tactics and fighting skill. That all changed in one night, a small meeting was held for the Orcish war generals. Sulaag was his name; the highest in command of all the tribes. Something was wrong. Screams of Sul's men entered the tent meeting, along with the sounds of slaughter, Sulaag left the meeting tent in a rage, the chieftain Yulgr of Ulzelgath, was challenging Sulaag's authority. It was common among mighty orcs to challenge their leaders for right of power.
The war leader left the tent, staring at three of his men's bodies on the ground, two cut open dead and the lieutenant's head in the grasp of the warrior. Yulgr withdrew his weapon, dropping the head and cleaning the blood from his blade, the war chieftain also withdrew his. Silence dawned along the camp, as a woman exit from the meeting tent. A demon of outstanding beauty, and was a great strategist, making her an untouchable to the army. She broke the fight between the two, because Naylia had great love for Sulaag, and the seasonal meetings were the only chance they get to see each other. It was also the night they planned on leaving together from the Crusade forces. Sulaag unexpectedly sliced Yulgr's arm clean, the brute's arm falls heavily into the dirt and he kneels down with letting out cries of pain, Sulaag's men drives Yulgr off and the couple escapes through the crowd unnoticed. It is forbidden to have relations within the army, so Sulaag and Naylia hid away for months knowing what they did will attract the attention of Aboleth’s war-chieftains.
The lovers were sought out by Uglan’s patrol another tribe’s war chieftain; and quickly taken to Aboleth to be executed for treason. What wasn't known is that they had a child hidden away, born into darkness and cursed. Naylia was a Sunstruck; meaning sunlight burned her skin severely similar to a vampire’s weakness to the sun. Naylia couldn’t leave the camps if any of the men found out that she was a woman could take her away. So the demon had to cover herself so no one would suspect that she's a woman creating the army’s strategies, until she became highly respected by Aboleth’s high war-chiefs, and the men began to fear her.
“That is where you come in little one.” as the Borkul’s hand left the child’s forehead. “So are my parents’ still alive?” as the young orc child begged “No, hush now.” as his Master slaps the child’s head with the bottom of his palm. Borkul named the child Xumarz, he raised him ever since he found the child taking him to a small Earth sanctuary hidden away from the UNSC conflict; originally left Orgrisk through demonic travel because of conflict. Teaching him ancient demon spells to shield him from danger and use it to bring death not just that but it was Borkul's job to teach Xumarz the demonic magic by Aboleth's command.
