He had come to a crossroads. He had been following the trio throughout their parade through the station and now the robotic one seemed to have come to a standstill. He did not know what had stopped him but he did know it was enough to warrant a splitting up of the group. He was standing still when the two others had walked by him his armour keeping him blended in with the background of the station. Now he had to make a choice follow the two. Or engage with the Freelancer in attacking this foe. His choice was thought out for a short period of time, minutes, before he decided to make his way with the two who had passed. He glanced back watching the two locked in combat and he realized that he would have had no chance against these two. So he followed the others and as he rounded the corner that they had gone before he watched that with the utmost efficiency and danger the two had parted the group of GSU like they were nothing but a school of fish. As the lizard man had turned to protect the other bounty hunter he froze his active camo hiding him. Now his active camo was effective for hiding beasts that had good eyesight but the smell of the plasma on his shoes and the oil from his ship were startling potent. But he was preoccupied watching the other bounty hunter move his hand around the back of the cell. His hand seemed to radiate heat and had turned to some sort of liquid. He had never seen this before and was watching in amazement.

            He had to plan and he shook himself out of the daze. He knew that these two were highly unlikely to give away the prize of Daniel Almis easily so he had to either fight them or somehow trick them. He knew that the main enemy on this station was going to be the GSU Omega Legionnaires and he knew that he was going to have to attract the attention of some. The problem now stood was once he moved he would be visible. He knew he was not as fast as the lizard and needed yet another distraction to get the lizard off of his trail. Luckily, it came when a group of around 6 GSU soldiers ran out of the hallway they entered from firing upon the two. They had missed him standing to the right of the door and he made his run to one of the fallen marines arms looking for a commlink to hopefully call for the heavy weaponry to come in to.

Smash. Ven's break through the rear wall came sooner than anyone expected, as Dan shot through it and impacted the wall behind it. Electricity sparked and metal lay contorted around as he recovered his senses from the throw. 
"Well that was- Ven?" His face turned to a mixture of shock and confusion, interrupted only by the heavy thud of a Legionnaires boot. The Omega soldier had stepped through the hole and was now looming over them both, rifle raised at the ready. With little time to think Dan conjured a flash of light, distracting the guard only for a second or two for him to roll aside. A shot rung out down the hall, having torn straight through the floor where Dan had lain only seconds ago.

"You know I had this under control right?" He said to Ven, before spinning around to raise both hands towards the Omega. Electric wires shot out from the walls and wrapped themselves around the hulk of armour, trying to restrict its movements and provide some electric shocks in the process. It was not very effective against the high grade technology of the Legionnaire, but enough to give them more seconds to live. Dan broke into a sprint down the corridor, turning the first corner he could to break line of sight. "This is bad, we need to leave now."

Dan wasn't wrong. It was bad. As the Chief of Security stood by the mainframe in the top spire, his finger hovered over a glass-encased button. 
"We can't let these criminals escape. Council's orders." He said, convincing himself more than anyone that this was the right thing to do before pressing firmly downwards. The station now rung with an even louder alarm, signalling its impending fate.

"Alert: Self Destruct Initiative Active. ETA; 60 seconds until forced reactor overload."

The Wanderer was surprisingly fast. That fact almost caught Xytan off-guard, but perhaps it did seem to humble him in a sense. He now knew to never underestimate his enemies no matter what their appearance was like.

Unfortunately, speed what all the Wanderer had to offer against Xytan, for the Freelancer still had the upper hand in the strength department. While the Wanderer's blows were easily met and deflected with Xytan's 10-inch combat knife. Their speeds matched blow-for-blow but when Xytan suddenly advanced and began to throw his own attacks, the Wanderer was quickly forced into the defensive. He was also less proficient at handling the sheer weight and force of Xytan's attacks and eventually, the man began to stagger. This opened up a fine opportunity for Xytan to deliver a powerful kick to the Wanderer's abdomen, sending him flying away by several meters.

Xytan then quickly wasted no time in moving around the final corner into the room in which Daniel's cell was located. His movements were gone almost unnoticed by the Elite Commandos around him thanks to the prison riot with which they were so occupied. A couple of supernatural inmates attempted to attack only, only to be taken down by SMG fire. Xytan stepped over a few dead bodies and peered into the cell. Empty. A large hole in the back showed that Daniel had already found a way out for himself. An Omega Legionnaire stood just on the other side of it, struggling with a bundle of wires that had been wrapped around him to restrain him. Xytan could also hear Ven and who he assumed to be Dan's voice on the other side.

Xytan was just about to leave the cell and find a way around when he felt something clamp down on his shoulder. He turned, his gun arm turning with him to confront the person that had just grabbed him, but suddenly he found himself flying up into the ceiling, before slamming back down onto the ground, hard.

Xytan looked up and found himself staring down the barrel of a B125 LMG as the Omega Legionnaire prepared to finish him off. Xyatn's free hand shot up and quickly batted the weapon away. A shot went off and an explosion dented the flooring a few inches away from his head. There was no time for rest - Xytan quickly rolled and brought himself to his feet, in time to see a leg coming his way. Unfortunately he was in a less than ideal stance to block the attack and the Legionnaire's foot caught him in the waist, sending him staggering back into the cell. Xytan attempted to regain his balance and bring his weapon to aim at the Legionnaire's head at the same time.

He fired off a few plasma shots, but Xytan's aim was off for the most part and the Legionnaire was fast. The first few shots went astray while the last three almost hit the Legionnaire in the head if he hadn't quickly ducked and replied with a full burst of fire into Xytan's chest with his LMG. The combined onslaught of the 50cal rounds and their subsequent explosions threw Xytan through the hole in the cell and into the second Legionnaire that was struggling against his bonds. Both of them hit the floor in a heap. Xytan quickly rolled off him and looked around. The others weren't anywhere in sight, meaning they had already made a run back to the ship. A quick xray scan of the corridors confirmed this assumption.

And then, suddenly:
"Alert: Self Destruct Initiative Active. ETA; 60 seconds until forced reactor overload."

As the Omega Legionnaire worked to rip the remainder of the wires off him, the other one had just stepped through the hole took aim at Xytan once again. Fortunately for the Freelancer, the Legionnaire did not get to fire as he was suddenly attacked from behind by an angry mob of supernatural inmates. Xytan quickly stood up and fired several plasma bolts into the Legionnaire's chest, pushing him back through the hole and right into the middle of the mob of his assailants.

The other Legionnaire had just finished undoing his bindings however, and now he stood up, facing Xytan. The Freelancer began to back away but the Legionnaire charged. Xytan was slammed into the wall behind him with enough force that both of the equally large, armoured individuals tore right through it and proceeded to smash through several more as they crossed through each corridor, occasionally trampling on anyone unfortunate enough to get in the way.

Xytan brought his arms up between the Legionnaire's, who had his hands on his shoulders and thrust them up, freeing himself of the soldier's grip. He then in turn grabbed the Legionnaire's shoulder pads and used them as leverage to spin and throw the Omega into another wall. The soldier recovered quickly though, and once again charged. Xytan side-stepped dropped, performing a leg sweep at the Legionnaire's legs. The Legionnaire reacted quick and jumped over the sweep, turned and kicked Xytan into a wall. He then grabbed the Freelancer, lifted him to his feet and delivered a strong headbutt to his face, a brutal punch to his gut and then grabbed him by the arm and shoulder and threw him at another wall.

Xytan smashed through the wall and right into the path of Dan, Ven and Kaiyan. He looked at them and then immediately recognised his surroundings. This was the point from which they had entered the station.. meaning his ship was...
He hauled himself up and turned around to see the breach from which they had entered. The docking tube was still connecting the station to his ship. Xyatn turned his head to face the other three.

"Move, now!" He yelled at them before suddenly being grabbed from behind by the Omega Legionnaire. He restrained one of Xytan's arms and slammed a plasma dagger into his chest. Alarms blared throughout the inside of Xytan's body. The chamber in which his power core was situated at the center of his chest, had been breached by the dagger - and the injury was fatal. Already Xytan could feel his bodily functions weakening, as a bright blue glowing fluid spilled out of the point of injury in his chest puddled onto the floor, sizzling against the metal.

He knew that the lizard figure was injured and he planned on taking advantage of this. As he took a step forward de-activating his cloaking device the loud emergency system ripped through his current concentration. He cursed and he began to move out the way he had come through. As he sprinted through the ship he came to a sliding halt right behind the Omega Legionnaire. He looked at Dan, Ven, and Kaiyan before sighing. He ripped two thermal grenades out from the back of his belt. He slammed the first one into the back of the Legionnaire. He had never met these people before but they must have been on the same job he was. He screamed the same thing that Xytan had moments before. 

"Go now! I'll distract him!" 

As he said that the plasma grenade went off on the soldiers back. He took the other and threw it on the soldier's leg. 

"Hey, tin can come get me!" 

He pulled out his revolver firing off four useless rounds. He voice activated his ship as he waited and hoped that the soldier would take his bait.

Kaiyan's reactions where quick but his movements sluggish from the wounds,he forced himself back on his feet,covering Ven up until Dan broke into a sprint across the corridor,Kaiyan looked at Ven with a slitted eye silently expecting Ven to detain him and take control of the situation.....

Well....The Situation flew out of control when the alarm echoed through the station...A set time towards doom.

As the group pushed back towards Xytan's ship,the Freelancer crashed into the left wall of the corridor,having been thrown through the right wall where a Omega Legionnaire came walking towards him fists bared.The power-armoured brute ignored Dan,Ven and Kaiyan focused only on the Freelancer.Another unknown figure also appeared fighting off the Legionarre alongside the Freelancer,there was no time.....Kaiyan had to see the mission through....He trusted the Freelancer to dispatch the Omega....

"Move now!" Was all Kaiyan heard after following that order,he covered Ven and Dan into the ship,shooting his weapon to halt the few remaining GSU security personnel too proud to allow them to escape then to escape themselves. "Secure the Daniel!" Kaiyan hissed towards Ven still firing towards the several GSU security guards who retaliated with desperate fury.Stray fire would tear across his robes and graze across his now exposed arms.The wounds where small and almost insignificant....But his regeneration burned proteins....He was exhausted,hungry and running low on whatever energy powered this plasma weapon the Freelancer provided.It was then that a stray smg bullet embedded into his left arm and then detonating,twisting the arm into a bleeding mess that caused Kaiyan to fall back in pain.It was too much....He could no longer hold the line,now he battled death instead of the GSU.

Kaiyan fell back into the ship,dissapearing with nothing but a trail of blood,muttering what sounded like alien prayers.He would drop to one of the corners in the bridge and remove a small metallic cylinder which he pressed into his neck,the cylinder then applied a sickly green liquid into his bloodstream,Kaiyan calmed.....Heavy breathing was all that echoed in the bridge....He had no food,the food he needed to use to regenerate his wounds.He looked at the twisted arm,raw with red meat soaked in blood.He could not feel the arm,the bones where probably fractured....He looked at the plasma gladius still dormant against his leg.....He knew what had to happen.....He hated having to do it....And given his state it was beyond risky.

"Fissk" He cursed.

"Bloody hell, now I'm carrying my own rescue team." Dan muttered to himself as he stopped dead in his tracks towards the ship. Instead he turned, raising both hands and gathering what energy he could. His mind raced with choices and ideas, admittedly still taking some time to re-adjust to having magic. Once he had decided on his plan, it became clear for all to see. The bodies that lay strewn across the corridor floor suddenly burst open, trails of blood and organs weaving outwards into writhing yet controlled tendrils. In unison they surged forward down the hall, grasping and strike the legionnaire that now held Xytan all at once. Even with his armour and strength the Omega would be forced to release The Freelancer, turning his attention to freeing himself from the tendrils.

"Come on!" Dan called out to Xytan, moving forward slightly to catch his movements towards the ships, assisting him the rest of the way. With a final look back he outstretched his palm once more, doing what he could to freeze the large amounts of blood around the Legionnaire to buy them even just a few more seconds. By this time Dan had reached the ship with Xytan in grasp, releasing him in the bridge yet not on the pilots chair.

"Looks like I'm doing everything..." He sighed, shoving himself onto the front chair and grasping the controls. Searching his knowledge of piloting, he tried to get going as fast as he could, punching the engines seconds ahead of time. As they curved straight out from the station, explosions were visible through the observation screens. Dan wasted no time entering hyperspace, leaving that mess behind.

"Everyone okay back there?" He turned back to the obviously disheveled crew, wondering if any of them would make the journey to Entiis.

Xytan dropped onto the deck, almost lifelessly as Dan went on to disconnect the ship from the station and pilot the vessel far away from it. Large amounts of glowing blue liquid spilled out of the hole in his chest and poured down either side of his torso, pooling on both sides of his body.

He slowly turned his head towards Dan after he inquired about their well being but was unable to formulate an adequate response. The world around him started to go static and he felt his energy beginning to fade.

Suddenly, one of the doors to the room split open and a group of thin robotic drones rushed into the bridge. They quickly surrounded Xytan, their forearms shifting and changing into different tools as they began to go to work on him. They quickly fitted an emergency power crystal into his core chamber and sealed the wiring that were leaking the blue fluid. They then proceeded to collectively pick him up and carry him out of the room.

A few of them stayed behind, with one of them going to to Kaiyan and offering assistance with his wounds if needed. If he were to accept, they'd supply the equipment he required to treat his wounds from built-in compartments within themselves.

The drone aided Kaiyan back to his feet,treating the wounds but it was obvious what had to happen to the arm.It was torn inside out and before the drone could administer medicines Kaiyan took his superheated blade and amputated his left arm.

With a hiss and a wet smack it well unto the floor still bleeding,the superheated blade burned the arteries close so that Kaiyan would not bleed out.The medicine he administered himself via injection would help kickstart his regeneration while also ensuring he would not die of the pain.He allowed the drone to administer more medicine and do it's checkup and treatment and after a few minutes the weak and battered reptilian walked back to the bridge meeting the Freelancer,Ven and Dan.Their prisoner took over in flying the vessel to who Kaiyan assumed was their contractor...Or back to Orion.

When they would arrive he would follow the group to meet the contractor,hiding the wound that was his left arm under his robes.The one armed reptilian's eye's sagged and fatigue would pester him for the rest of the contract.

The group arrived on Entiis in much better shape than expected, with Dan almost waltzing ahead towards the contracted drop-off point. No doubt he was loving the air of freedom now provided to him, a large smile plastered on his face. After a few minutes of walking through a bustling spaceport, the men reached a small metal building that looked more like a shady den than a home. There Dan knocked on the door, to which a robotic voice shouted.
"Who knocks?"
"Daniel Almis, the one and only." Dan replied, flashing a smirk back at the group. Swiftly the door slid open, revealing a rather make-shift looking robot who beckoned them in.
"Master, you have returned. Alive. This pleases my programming." The robot nodded, moving across the small, dark room to fetch a tray of alcohol and glasses. It then placed the lot on a table by the center, on both sides of which were large sofas.

"Take a seat gentlemen," Dan outstretched his arm towards the seats and drinks, himself snagging a bottle of rum to pour. "Henry, get their credits ready."
"Yes, Master." The robot moved off to retrieve a datapad, beginning to type quickly on it. 
"Being honest lads, I can't remember for the life of me what reward I offered for the rescue. Hope 3.5 does you well," He downed a large amount of rum suddenly, savouring the taste of the sweet liquid after so long without. "Million of course." He finished his sentence, in case the bounty hunters thought they were getting a measly 3.5 credits.

"I'm grateful to you all of course," Dan looked between the group, whether they had agreed to drink or not. "I'll keep this in mind for any future ventures I have." His eyes stopped on Kaiyan, particularly his lack of an arm. "Hope you have insurance for that." He off-commented.

Xytan took a look at the sofas. They were obviously made for normal-sized people to sit on, he wasn't sure whether they'd be able to take his weight and size, but he wasn't one to reject a kind gesture, despite his cold outer demeanor.

He walked over and carefully lowered himself down onto the sofa. The furniture immediately groaned and creaked under his immense weight and he could feel it lower down onto the ground a little. His width took up a little over half of the three-seat sofa, and he carefully adjusted himself to sit upright with his hands clasped between his parted legs. The scene would look very awkward from another perspective, a massive hunk of metal humanoid almost destroying the piece of furniture he was sitting on with his weight, dwarfing the size of the table in front of him.

He didn't care though, as he was more concentrated on what Dan had to say. It became obviously apparent that Dan himself had put up the bounty for his own release. That was quite clever, the Freelancer thought. Although the means through which he had done so intrigued him.
"How did you set up your own bounty from within the confines of the prison?" Xytan asked him, half expecting Dan to evade the query but interested nonetheless.
