This was not good. 

William would've escaped some 30 minutes ago had not his luck intervened and put him where he was now. 

On his way to his ship - secluded in the shadowed areas of this place - a cave in occurred, and he fell inside, into a cave system. Luckily for him, William landed in some underground water system and not on some sharp rock. Unlucky, was that he was now several hundred meters away from the surface with no possible way of climbing up. Even worse was that he lost the head of his target. 

"This is not good" 

Indeed, it wasn't. 

With an annoyed sigh, William swam to the bank of the underground river and readied himself for what was to come...

Quareen kept calm while this big bug charged at her, she just took a deep breath aimed at the Bug and Pulled the Trigger Penetrating the Bugs Organs and she calmly watched as it fell to the Floor, she shortly Gloated in the Moment smirking.

Quareen then immediatley resumed in Shooting the Bugs before they could come Close

Breathing.....

He could hear the heavy breathing of some monstrous creature in here. 

William had expected to be assaulted by monstrous bugs the moment he landed, but there were none of those so far - even as he walked deeper into the cave system. It had taken him some time, but 3D scans from his ship had yielded some way to escape the seemingly endless network. Now though, William wasn't so sure, especially since this heavy breathing could be coming from the queen of the bugs itself. 

His hands drifted to his puch that contained the handheld explosive devices.....

Quareen looked at Evelyn and nodded with a smile "You know damn well when the Pirate queen Comes it´s a done deal"

Well, atleast Quareen was sure nobody important was gonna die since the Kaptain came along. "Huh i thought you let the others do the unimportant stuff"

Of Course she had to give the boss a bit ot Playfull sass, since she kinda was really glad that the Cavalary came before the Bugs would do to her what she does to her enemies...

Quareen shrugged seeing as Kat must´ve had her reasons to come in and help the Crew out in retrieving These Things, but hey if it means she can continue on killing These Bugs it´s not her Problem.

The Problem was that the Bugs were not that satisfying to kill.

Run!

Maybe bombing a gigantic super bug with a grenade sized bomb wasn't the best idea. But then William could recount how many times he's had bad ideas. Now here he was, running as fast as he could while being chased by the biggest insect he'd ever seen in his entire life. 

Fortunately, he was still headed for the surface, and the amount of mercs posted up top would no doubt be able to deal with this thing. Dealing with monsters was not the job of an assassin...

Quareen Slaughtered Bug after bug, but she jumped slightly once the Bug Queen showed up, She thought to herself that she shoulda saw that comming since she kinda was in their nest Viciously Murdering her Young. 

Well, Still Quareen didn´t bother to Panic since She was there with Roboraptors, a whole lotta pissed off mercs, THE Pirate Queen, and Evelyn ,wich Quareen didn´t like to admit, But she trusted her more than she should considering Evelyn´s like her.

William dove and rolled to the side as the rampaging queen bulldozed everything in front of it. In the carnage of gun blasters and giant bug roars, William was able to throw a single remote detonated sticky bomb on one of the queen's legs. The sudden arrival of a giant bug to his right, however, distracted him enough that he was unable to press the button on the detonator. 

After thoroughly dispatching one annoying bug, William pressed the detonator. A small, but powerful, explosion followed not long after, and one of the queen's legs was now clearly injured.

Evelyn tried to withdraw and defend heavy gunners whose suppressing fire could hold off the bugs with ease. They needed the defense of Evelyn, even if there were orcs among their ranks. Meanwhile Kat fended off bugs with her blade. She was in too close of range to use her sniper rifle properly so she had to dance around the bugs slashing her blade at them.

Quareen kept backing up the other troops and the Kaptain from afar. 
Now this is a thrill and a very Scary Situation for Quareen as she still got the relief of ending somethings life, but Killing Things pushes her Ego a bit too mutch, wich meant it was only a Little bit more and she`d start doing too much and start to get Flashy with her shots.

"Oh shi-"

In hindsight, perhaps taking on this mission wasn't the best idea. William could recall several other missions that did not involve giant bugs and an army of mercs. He barely had time to finish his trail of thought as the massive queen bug burst through the caverns and caused a cave in - large rocks started falling. Luckily, he was quick enough to hole up inside a small opening where the falling rocks couldn't hit him.
