He excels at his agility, speed and stamina.

History
When Simon was little he felt very unjust. His school was filled with bullies and his neighbourhood had a criminal pest. The law-system had evolved greatly yet they didn't care about this little corner of the world. Growing up Simon felt like he had to do something about this disease of unjust, and so he did. He dresses up (Reference coming later), goes out on the street and starts hunting down any unjust individual whom he then punishes for their actions. Simon has had an interest in travelling the stars to find more criminals he can punish.
