Felix doesn't really have supernatural powers at all, it's mostly his katana and robot equipment.
History:
Felix is one of the main characters for Rogue who gets relevant quickly as he's introduced in the very first episodes. He became one of Danikons and Namkas friend. He was badly wounded by Shino when he first met them, almost his whole body was burned to the flesh. However, after Araino fixed him up everything was good after that and they all become good friends with each other. But, he soon realized that they're kind of much younger then him so eventually he went on his way to do bigger and better things with his new body of his. The first thing he did after getting the robot body was training in it to get the feel of it together so he won't have a hard time fighting anyone. He secretly planned his revenge on Shino but was never strong enough to against him because Felix doesn't have powers at all.
