| After their mission on Scythe-145. Tower had noticed that this new recruit had alot of potential. The dwarven engineers have asked a group of adventurers to find more crystals that they could use to speed up the dwarven steel treatment. Of course the crystal farming was super slow and more crystals could speed up both the farming and the treatment itself. Fortunatly Tower knew of a little planet where they had these crystals. He called up his new apprentice and after dialing for a while, he started to wonder if he actually figured otu yet how to work the smartphone that he got from the faction.

| Durax was eating lunch when he received the call, and he almost burt his meal to a crisp when the large ringing sound began, startling him. After fanning out the flames off his now-roasted food (he had become addicted to macaroni and cheese after Sylvia introduced him to it), he searched for the... thing. He forgot what it was called.
When he found the small box with the screen, he saw that it was from Master Charlot, and upon trying to answer, he cursed his large draconic hands as he accidentally pressed the "ignore call" button. he had no idea how to use this machine, so he set it down and stared at it, hoping that Tower would try to call again. |

| Tower wasnt new to getting his calls ignored. With his constant prank calls almost all of the planet had his number blocked, especially the take out services... But he kind of needed Durax along so he called again. He couldnt imagine what Durax would be busy with because he was nothing like Blaze and probaply needed someone to show him around the faction a bit more. Meanwhile he used his PC to ask the puppet and Sylvia along. The two agreed and they would meet them wherever Tower could tell them. For now Tower kept on dialing Durax so he could negotiate a rendez vouz point. |

| The box thankfully began to buzz again, and this time he didn't accidentally hit the ignore button.
"I AM SO SO SO SORRY SIR!!! I DIDN"T MEAN TO IGNORE!!!!" Durax called into the speaker. He hated seeming inconsiderate, especially to his friend/boss. He looked over at his bowl of incinerated EZ-mac and felt so guilty to have troubled Tower and waste his time: he knew that his boss was a busy man. |

| Upon finally getting answer he had already arrangeda meeting point. "AH! there you are. So we're hunting for crystals again. So i hope you're not tired of seeing precious crystals yet. Sylvia and the puppet will be coming along. You can meet us at the expiremental hangar because we'll be trying out a new ship sort. I've told the puppet to come pick you up and i got some paper work to finish. So i'll be there a little later. See you there bud."
A 15 something minutes later the bell went and the Puppet with his hood over his knot eyes and the bow on his back stood in front of the door. "Hey! ready to go out on a new task? We're testing a new ship and getting more crystals to treat the metal faster. Sylvia is already waiting there for us." |

| Durax didn't particularly enjoy the puppet, but he followed anyway. He felt somewhat guilty: the puppet hadn't done anything wrong as far as Durax knew. Even still, it just disturbed him with it's lifeless eyes and cold smile.
He followed in silence, his metal scales glinted off of the walls, even through his civilian clothes; a very large T-shirt that had a comic picture of a baby dragon that said "let the dragon drag on", and a pair of baggy black sweatshorts that covered down to just beneath his kneecaps. The shirt was tight (He couldn't find a shirt large enough to be baggy), so it showed off his extremely large frame and muscular build. He also, of course, carried his dagger heirloom, and his family greatsword.
He wasn't thrilled that he had to do another crystal mission, although he admitted that his tracking skills probably were the best of the Immortals with his keen senses. He trudged through the brightly lit hallway, following the puppet until they reached the destination. |

| At the hangar the pretty elf was waiting with her bow in her hand. The puppet too carried a bow but i had a much different design and didnt use regular arrows but giant needles that served as both rapiers and arrows and much like a pincushion he had more of these sticking out of his back. As formerly shown that the fabric is not it's actual body but it's actually a possesed dummy that the entity uses to interact with others. The elf waved friendly at the two upon their arrival. "Hi! glad you could make it. Tower said he'd be over here soon so we need to wait a little bit. But he said we could explore the ship a bit already."
The ship was long and had an odd design. It had a big metal mask up front and many cannons on the side, obviously ment to take out hostile fighter ships. It appeared to be a destroyer ship. |

| Durax marveled at how huge the ship was. If he ever went back to Cre'sarak, he'd have to introduce the population to technology: it could do some great things. The metal mask was a nice addition, giving the ship a feeling of power. The cannons on the side of the ship gave it a secure essence, something Durax greatly appreciated (especially if he was going to be inside of it). He wondered if they had given it any frontward-facing weaponry, though.
He got so caught up in the sight of the ship that he didn't notice Sylvia until she spoke. Upon seeing Sylvia, Durax smiled widely at her and walked up to her, giving her a hug. He than immediately felt embarrassed of course. It had felt as if he'd met Tower and Sylvia ages ago, despite their meeting only happening a month prior. Durax internally scolded his over-friendliness, as he'd probably just made everyone feel as uncomfortable as he felt.
Durax cleared his throat after a short spout of silence. "... That's quite the impressive ship there!" he said, trying to take everyone's mind off of the awkward situation he'd created. |

| Sylvia was used to this by now, with her being at this size alot of people tended to do this. The puppet was just as new as Durax so he didnt really question it. Instead of commenting on it the elf just awkwardly patted his back. "Yes. It's our newest ship and it's designed to roll into battle and take down hostile fighter ships. We called it the black knight, but really it'sjust an excuse for Tower to put a mask on a ship." Excidetly, the elf runs in and uses the keycard to unlock the ship where she runs around pretty excidetly to see all that the ship has to offer. It was much like seeing a young child in a candy store but Sylvia never got out much so this was just about enough for her. The puppet tried to keep up with the elf but due to a lack of clothing and the fact his body was entirely made out of fabric he oftenly slipped over the smooth floor.
After a 10 minutes the loud clanking of Tower's armor could be heard from outside the ship. |

| Durax was relieved that no awkward conversation sparked from his over-friendliness.
Naming the ship "the black knight" was totally something Mr. Charlot would do. He chuckled at Sylvia's comment on Tower's excuse to put a mask on the ship, then ask the question he had thought about earlier. "Does this ship have any forward or backward-facing weaponry," he asked politely as he marveled at the ship.
Despite his dislike for the Puppet, Durax offered an arm to it when it fell over. He of all people could relate: back on Cre'sarak, he had been the clumsiest person he knew of. He followed behind Ms. Roothearth, marveling at the splendor of the interior as well. Although most technology was stunning to him (even the phone he had been given), the sheer craftsmanship of every detail was purely astonishing.
He heard Tower's armor clanking outside, looked at his own clothes, and immediately felt embarrassed. From hir account, his boss had never seen him without his armor on. |

| "All the cannons on this ship can rotate and move around to target and take down hostile, hence the codename mosquito fighter it got..." They wandered through the seemingly technologically advanced ship. As Tower entered the ship he was still drinking something through a straw in one of his openable breathing holes in his helmet. He walked for a little while until the little elf ran head first into him. After that the puppet did exactly the same but with a softer noise. Tower was used to these shenanigans by now and decided to ignore it. He picked both of them up from the ground and both were held in one hand by their capes. Both of them seemed unbothered by this too and kept a cheerfull expression on their face as the knight put them back on the ground.
Soon Tower wandered to the control room, greeting Durax on his way there. He held Sylvia under his arm like a little barrel though because the control panel was written in her native language. As soon as he placed the elf on the ground she began tapping the buttons on the panel and despite her never flying any other ship before she seemed to know what she was doing. |

| Durax giggled when Tower picked up the two so effortlessly. The fact that a hulking goliath like Tower and such little people like Sylvia and the puppet got along so well was humorous; they couldn't be more different, yet they still held the same moral codes, and ultimately the same family.
He greeted Tower back and made his way along, sticking to the back of the group. He would occasionally run his fingers along a smooth surface. As they arrived at the control room and Sylvia began to type away, Durax took a look at all of the fancy machinery. He had faith in Sylvia's skills despite not ever seeing her pilot a ship: he had full confidence that Sylvia wouldn't be putting them in danger if she didn't know how to control the ship. |

| Soon enough the ship lifted off. But only seconds later it landed again as they forgot that the ship needed an actual piloting crew. "Eh, you dont have your spaceship license yet, Sylv. I just needed you to tell me what's on these buttons so i could see where the phone is to call the piloting crew." This decision was about good because Sylvia didnt seem very smooth, like at all when piloting a ship as it made the whole hangar and ship shake with her behind the wheel. As soon the others got up from Sylvia's 2.5 second joyride the doors were opened again and the crew entered the ship. Soon the cockpit was full of proffesionals and notable half of them were Cykx and the rest were native jeslorian races. |

| As Sylvia got out of the chair and made room for the staff, Durax ruffled her hair and smiled. "I'm sure you'll be a great pilot once you get your license," he said encouragingly.
He watched as the crew filed into the cockpit. He noticed that about half of them were Cykx- a species he had very little previous contact with. He watched as the crew went about their routines flawlessly.
While the crew was preparing, Durax gave Sylvia a subtle nudge. When she looked up, he nodded discretely in tower's direction, then mischievously winked. He walked toward his boss, recalling what Ms. Roothearth had said about the ship being an excuse for Tower to put a mask on a ship.
He walked up, and said "Isn't that mask on the front really awesome?! Whoever put it there was a genius!" He tried to keep a straight face. He had nothing against his boss: he loved the guy. However, he just thought that he might as well make the ship's first flight one where everyone was smiling. Knowing Tower, he probably wouldn't mind the joke once Durax told it. |

| Tower chuckled at Durax's comment. "I wanted to make it look likes spectre and shape the ship differently. But she has a copyright on her mask so we couldnt do it. So we made it look like one of her minions from long ago." Meanwhile the Cykx began tapping on the buttons wich made the ship lift up. Minutes later they left Apex-122 and were in deep space with the massive ship. All of the immortals went about to their bussines while traveling: the puppet began sharpening his needle, wich made him look mostly terrifying, especially when he waved at Durax. Sylvia was chatting with her girlfriend on her phone and Tower was browsing internet jokes on his phone.
The ship had a last minute update: a ship teleporter wich allowed the ship to warp to a destination. An intercom sounded through the ship. "All hands, please fasten your seatbracers and stand by for ship teleportation. The warp commences in 15 minutes." After that message, all the immortals moved to a seat while continuing their bussines. |

| Durax naturally sat next to Mr. Charlot, who was looking at memes. He chuckled at a few of them as his boss swiped through pages of them. He had been astounded when he was first introduced to the internet: it was a hive mind for everyone, in essence. However, he had become all but addicted to memes when Tower had introduced him to them. The puppet waved to Durax, but the memes actually put him in too good of a mood to really be frightened, even though he knew he should be.
The warp was weird. It felt almost felt as if his mind was being ripped from his body for split second as it began. Durax never had been too in-touch with technology, which is probably why it affected him the most.
The ship came out of the teleport. |

| The teleport did not take long, instead it was over just as soon as it began. Teleportation was instant not counting the charge up time. The ship was suddenly hovering over a medieval looking planet, these kinds of planets usually held the most crystals of this kind. The destroyer flew lover over an empty area and opened the teleport bracers. "We have arrived at our destination. Get ready to move." Tower moved to a dressing room while Sylvia headed to another one. The planet was medieval so they needed to dress medieval to blend in better while the puppet never had to change his look so he headed to the drop bay right away. After a few minutes, the two came out of the seperate dressing rooms in their original armor. |

| After asking a crewman if they had any spare armor sets, he was told that they indeed did, and Durax went to change. He put on his armor as quickly as possible, but heavy armor wasn't the quickest thing to change into, so it took him about seven minutes. He came out, his armor shining in a magnificent golden hue matching his scales.
He reconvened with Sylvia and Tower afterward and prepared for teleportation. He looked around, and realized that as far as he knew, he was the only one who actually had come from a medieval background. During the preperation for the teleporter, he turned to the others, saying "If you need me to do any talking, please do let me know. I'm fairly accustomed to medieval ideologies and customs, so I should be comfortable here."

| Tower looked at Durax and chuckled slightly at his comment. "We're all from a medieval background. We have just been revived a while ago. So dont worry about it, we'll be good." They immortal leaders stepped in the teleporter and got warped down onto the planet. Tower took a look around but seemed confident and began wandering around. Tower was carrying a bunch of bags under his arm and handed them out to the crew. "Let's begin searching, any preferences for the crew setups?" |

| Durax was quite surprised when Tower mentioned his medieval background. DUrax had always seen him as so modern and "with the times". He would never have imagined that t\he would have come from a technology-sparse past.
"Well," Durax responded, giving a nod of thanks to Tower when he was given his bag, "who do you believe will travel the farthest? I have already handled these crystals and have their scent, so I should be quite able to track them. I should go with whoever would take the longest to track them." |
