Description
The Devotion Plasma Shield was developed when Reich commanders realized that their elite units still needed cover, and that the chances of getting hit by stray spells or projectiles was a serious threat to consider. Director Alden Wells’ department designed the shield in an effort to do three things.*

Provide protection when moving between cover
Allow Reich Marines to gain a secure foothold on enemy ships
Allow Inquisition Watch a way to control the masses with effectiveness.

*It is not recommended to use this shield for a prolonged period of time against automatic plasma or laser fire.
