Strengths
The Tur Model of Shield Golem Excells in blocking any physical attack. Like all Golems of the Dryads, the Tur model has a slight innate resistance to magic. Their tower shields are reinforced with several layers of high-density steel. This allows them to block an impact from most non-armor piercing Ballistic rounds.
Weaknesses
The Tur model of Golem, for the sake of speed and manueverability, lack any true armor on their back and sides. A blow to their core from these directions, made by any low powered pistol, will destroy them.
Description
Used extensively In the Dryad's War, the Shield Golem has remained relatively unchanged, its basic design being the same. They resemble metallic humanoids, a large glowing core in their center, barely guarded by shifting metal plates.
Most commonly made of iron or steel, a Shield Golem can be produced with any type of metal.
