Strengths
Shapeshift- Xaphan can change his form to practically anything that comes to mind, save for another person. On top of this, any species he turns into will look the same every time he changes.
Shadows- The shadows on the wall are not harmless when Xaphan is around. He can turn them into weapons. However, he can't change them into more than one shape. Will he master this? Time will tell.
Weaknesses
Wounding- Xaphan takes wounds in a unique way. He does not bleed. Instead, what is damage ceases to exist. If his arm were to be chopped off, it would not exist for a week. At the end of this, it would come back. If his head is unmade, Xaphan would 'die' and never again be able to reform.
Shapeshift- Any wounding he receives translates into each form. He's missing his right arm? As a dog his front right leg would also be missing. Missing an ear? Same way.
Unbound- He's new to this reality, and has no idea what's going on. This is temporary however.

History
Once he fought in the war against Hell. But he chose to stop, and was cast out for his inability to follow orders. He was locked away and forgotten, left to only himself as he sat in the dark. Until the Convergence. In that event he was freed, and now he looks to learn what happened in his centuries of incarceration.
