These are all the developments happening within the lucian kingdom listed below. This list will be updated not very often unfortunately for other matters are far more important. That being said, down below has the weapon development and government development as of right now. 


Weapon Development: 

A Lucian Battle Rifle, which is now being made in a lab has been recently discovered and found out by a Lucian Kingdom farmer. Since then the news has broke out, Lucifer has spoken out to the kingdom that they are indeed working on a new weapon. It is a Three Round-Burst Battle Rifle called Sarvo which uses oxygen and converts that to usable energy ammo as bullets. This type of weapon uses advanced technology from other planets that Lucifer has invaded to be able to create it. News reports say that this weapon will leave a mark on history and will be only be used by the highest of ranks in the Lucian army. Why they say that you may ask? It's because Sarvo is a much more powerful weapon then the average human weapon that Earth uses and it takes more training to get used to it. It's recoil and damage for its prototype has even surprised other scientists and weapon makers in other places on Lucian. This weapon will not be needing a application for it because it's NPC made. It won't ever be used by Lucifer himself, just Lucian army members of high levels.

Government Development: 

Recently we just found out that a type of Government is being formed within Lucian. This raises red flags all around the planet because many fear of Lucifer's ideals already. However, he himself has put Synth in charge of the Government which sounds more safer and credible. Synth has gathered his men who he hand picked himself to be the Co-Leaders of the Government to run things smoothly and according to plan. The Government will be split into 3 sections. 

Section 1, The Superior:
This group of 6 chosen people are able to approve or disapprove actions asked for by Lucians population. Some may ask for a new library,more housing, and many other things as well. This job of being Superior is taking very seriously because it's a full-life term. The max capacity of The Superior are six and is never able to be more unless higher ranks approved other wise.


Section 2, The Council Board:
This group of 10 chosen people are able to approve someone's guilty or not guilty by reasons given by the Lucian population. This system is very similar to the system of government being used in Earth. These members of the board are on a term of 30 years. Once the term is done with, another one will be appointed quickly by Synth. One of the known and popular members of the board is Sar'Gos. 

Section 3, The High Lord:
This section of government only has one person in it. It's similar to the type of government ran in Earth. The High Lord is in charge of everything that goes on. High Lord can approve or veto a law or request sent by the Council Board. High Lords run a full-life term.

Lab Developments: 

An advanced AI program was built by a scientist and mechanic  in The Lucian Kingdom's lab. Her name was Jasiv, which was given by Synth even before she was made. She was built to give updates within the Lucian Kingdom's threads and other things. She is programmed to say only the updates to her interior functions and threads that involve Lucifer's doings. Jasiv is one of the most self-sufficient ways to keep things running more smoothly letting other Lucian members know of what has been updated. She's going to be only one of her kind and will never be replaced with a newer model. This invention will be rebooted, fixed and worked on over the years to see how just advanced technology can be. They're currently working on fixing some bugs with her wording data base and sentence structure. She isn't made of a physical thing, she's currently an advanced hologram of some sort that responds to orders.

Great Arch: The Great Arch has just been created for all Lucian members of society to come by no matter the species. It has markets, space ship docks, a main lobby and much more to check out. This adds a sense of relief for the poor and unsafe because it's a place where no harm should be done to anyone. It welcomes all that comes to it and may they enjoy their stay there. They're working on a space ship engineer station currently there trying to set all of that up so people can come by if they have any vehicle problems. People outside of Lucian are welcome to come there as well for it is a place of peace. The markets there have the cheapest prices then any other market in Lucian. 

Badge Suggesting: The Badge Suggesting option is now available for the top two rank's in Lucian's army. The chance to suggest your own badge is an important thing. It lets members in the faction and army to express their ideas into reality. Of course, approval from the General is needed and when there is more then one General rank, it doesn't matter as long as it's approved by one of them. So if a Badge were to be suggested by said ranks and gotten approved, then it would become a real Badge available to be achieved in the Lucian army. If the Badge got disapproved, it wouldn't come to existence at all. More options are do-able when you become a higher rank and this option is one of them. There is a Mad Scientist Badge that is a WIP at the moment, it will mean if you suggested/created a Badge of you're own that got approved then you'll get this Badge right off the bat. It rewards members of the Lucian army who make an effort to better the organization of the faction. However, if your Badge gets disapproved then you will not be getting the Mad Scientist Badge. 

Quest Difficulties: There's been a breakthrough with Jasiv, she's now been able to program Quest's and their difficulties. So far there's come out to be these modes: Easy, Medium, Hard and Legendary. Easy mode being the easiest with the least expectations and standards for the Quest itself. Legendary is the grand opposite of that, its the hardest with the most expectations for the Quest. Each Quest has it's own unique guidelines, objectives, mode and reward. However, there is no pattern or order the Quest's will go in, they don't go in order from Easy to Legendary it's mostly scrabbled around. Jasiv seems to think that this will surprise and challenge the Lucian members of society not knowing what's to come next. Some Quests can give Badges and up to +3 Rank Up Promotions depending on the rank of the creator of the Quest itself. Swing by and try a Quest or two! Challenge your abilities and strength!
