With the appropriate degree of necromancy one can communicate with the skull and can be granted knowledge. Keeping in mind it is the skull of a goblin shaman the knowledge conveyed will be limited by those parameters.
The final ability the skull endows is the ability to weave together the various elemental types the wearer possesses. In Kaeda's case:
Water + Earth = Forest / Life
Water + Necromancy = Poison
Earth + Necromancy = Decay
Forest / Life spells are druid spells with the ability to summon / control plant an to a limited degree animal life.
Poison spells are spells tha allowed for the summoning of different poisons. From a weak toxin at a lower magic tier to a massive burst of nerve gas at at godlike levels and beyond.
Decay spells at lower tiers are spells that don't immedietly hamn an individual or object, but weaken it. All things decay over time and decay spells are meant to hasten that decay along. At high tier levels it could be used to do some crazy damage I suppose but at lower tiers it is used for things like making armor rust or wooden doors rot.
Once again spells limited by magical tier.
WeaknessesIt is a skull and can be demolished in any way that a typical skull could.
