CAT is basically a HUD A.I so the equipment it would have would be A HUD system.
GAEA has no equipment but is implemented into the vessel

Powers
The A.Is aboard the Aurora-7 have no supernatural powers and do not have the means necessary to excel in anything but computer sciences

History
The A.I GAEA-7 has been through more then originally intended for the A.I, in doing so, it has improved its sentience to a Medium level. After being attacked the GAEA A.I aboard the Aurora-7 has come to favorite the Captain of that vessel.
After being built, all it wanted to was fly, which was unprecedented levels of Sentience after just coming off the assembly line. So scientists put in Sentient dampeners into the A.I, but after going through this '400 year disablement tour' the sentient dampaners have been rendered obsolete.

The CAT-7 a.I is a standard issue Display A.I. not much development of a history is here nor needed to explain this a.i
