Technology:The planet falls under the jurisdiction of The Lucian Kingdom, which then is hugely encouraged by Lucifer and his efforts to take over all the universes. This planet is secretly packing some heat, most of the people in other plants are scared to even go 200 feet of this planet, because there are rumors that the gun on Lucian is set up to aim and lock on targets from even 10,000 feet away. There are many of these guns all around hidden by the thick layer of sand and dirt which are scattered around the planet in a certain pattern that are ran by automatic machines. The guns actually control themselves and are proved 100% effective even when its pitch dark at night the guns are always on and ready to shoot down possible threats. 


In the middle of the Lucian remains a building that creates a 24/7 active shield protecting the whole planet from amounts of low damage to high damage. People who even get close enough to Lucian and are detected as threats by that building are then warned once then shot down if didn't cooperate. In that building is also a work center for staff who earn their pay by making sure that planet is protected at all cost.


History:Lucifer wasn't always the ruler to the planet, long time ago there was a mighty and brave guy named Kalon who was chosen by the people and Zazo himself to rule it. Kalon took great pride in ruling it, he didn't have harsh rules to live by and was very kind to the people. So kind, that he even introduced a day called "Kalon Day" where he then has his staff give out to the needy and kids who wanted toys. It was a prosperous place to live at, many trees and wild life around to satisfy the people that lived there with unimaginable beauty. However, in some years Lucifer then came over to take the throne from King Kalon himself, they ended up fighting in a duel but unfortunately Kalon died that day. After that day, everyone had bowed down and payed their "respect" to Lucifer as he was now the official ruler of that planet and no one could've said otherwise. As he begun planning out his first move as a ruler of Lucian, he planned a secret attack on the UNSC which never made it through. The council board of Lucian vetoed that idea to make Lucian a much safer environment.  


Of course, Lucifer was highly frustrated that had happened and ended up killing off one of the council members later on in life. When the UNSC heard that Lucifer was planning an attack, they quickly armored up their planet in keeps sake to make sure that they are ready for anything. However, nothing had happened but Lucifer by himself wasn't strong enough to destroy that planet and the plan itself never happened. Lucian then became an armored truck, literally and mentally, many have died off in that planet due to Lucifer's harsh food rules and laws he's created. After a while of ruling, Lucifer left that planet leaving someone of high status in charge of it all because he said "It was a failed experiment."Strangely no one had seen Lucifer come back to Lucian after that, he kind of just left it alone for a very long time. Almost 10 years has passed and Lucifer hasn't came back, everyone eventually thought he had died and that he became a elemental for that planet. However, he comes back soon after that and quickly takes back his rightful spot by threatening the new ruler that was there after him. Lucifer didn't last very long after taking his spot back, he died a couple of days after that due to a sticky situation he got himself into.





(The planet is in dire trouble because it's ran by the new ruler of it, Lucifer who lost his sanity a long time ago)

Can you change or explain this please.

I mean't to say the planet, Lucian. Not the whole universe, it was a error in my writing I hadn't seen.
