History:
Silas was once a human that had enlisted in the army and participated in many engagements. Some years later, deeper into his career, Silas was at one point severely injured during a combat mission and amidst the chaos, left behind by his squad who presumed him to be dead. He was then found by the vampire hybrid Kittiana Calypso Younblood and converted into a vampire. The two became close friends after this encounter.

Silas returned to the army, keeping his new identity a secret and continued participating in many wars such as WW1, WW2, and later carried on into the UNSC to fight against the Insurrection and later, the Covenant until the end of both major conflicts. Silas was present when Armageddon invaded Earth multiple times and by this time he achieved the rank of Colonel over the many years granted to him by his vampiric extended longevity and agelessness. He used this position to direct troops under his command towards evacuation efforts of majorly affected cities. At one point, Silas directed some of his troops to assist Aaron-157 and Kittiana who were defending a civilian shelter located near the Kalahari desert, Africa. However he was not able to meet his old friend Kitty in person.

Silas reunited with Kitty a few months later when she returned to Earth and the two assisted the UNSC against the invading Hypersoldier army lead by Draetheus, and the robotic droids lead by Benedict. Silas later accompanied Kitty and her friends in the UNSC including Gavin to deep space where they all took part in the final showdown against Draetheus and Benedict along with each side's respective forces. At some point after this conflict, Silas acquired the suit of the deceased Dusk who was at the time a vigilante seeking revenge against Benedict and took part and died in the final showdown.

Silas also took part in the scout mission, alongside Gavin and Kitty and Endymion to investigate a mystic energy reading underneath the Earth's surface. All three were transported to an alternate pocket dimension where they were forced to take part in a centuries-long Vampire-Lycan blood feud and later, united both forces against The Warlocks. Their mission was successful and all four were rescued by Gunnery Sergeant Daquan Apone. After returning back to their dimension, Silas took his leave to report back to the UNSC army stationed on Earth.

After an unknown amount of time passed, Silas retired from the UNSC army due to the growing suspicion from his colleagues, increasing number of close calls in terms of keeping his true identity a secret, along with rumours of ONI creating a growing a hitlist of every and any mystic/supernatural on Earth. Using his wages, he invested in and eventually became a major shareholder in the now renamed Manfretti Inc, granting him the income of billions of credits. Silas repaired and upgraded the Dusk suit to become the second Dusk. In legacy and honour of the suit's previous owner and creator, Silas used his wealth and resources to fight against large gangs and druglords to maintain the peace across the globe, while maintaining a low profile.

Five years after he last heard from him, Silas was contacted by Gavin who was desperately trying to find a safe haven to place the now-deceased Kittiana's sister, Diana under protection; whom he had known for a while but had kept a secret from Kittiana to prevent conflicts in the time-stream.
