Strengths
This wand is designed particularly to manipulate Necromantic energy, otherwise known as the energy of life, HP, or health. Unlike most wands, this Necromancy Wand is designed for one specific purpose: to summon and control minions. By taking using the souls attached to a vessel, the wand can create bodies for the soul to inhabit and the user to command. This wand gives it’s user absolute control over any souls/minions it summons.

Weaknesses
The wand was designed for one single purpose, due to this, it cannot wield a variety of simple magics like most wands can. In addition, if the user is not near the wand, any creatures he/she had summoned will go berserk and attempt kill everything in sight.

Description
After Kitty Youngblood slaughtered a building full of ONI agents, Elias performed a ritual to bind all the souls of the dead to a revolver so he could later summon and talk to them. In order to make them happy, Elias created this wand to allow him to give them a physical form in addition to the noncorporeal form their souls take as a form of extra life.
