Strengths
Though she isn't an amped up Spartan, she is a excellent strategist and she knows how to bring hell to her enemies, she is moderately strong, being an EC and all, aswell as a good markswoman, she is somewhat good at CQC but she isn't the best. She's somewhat of a good leader, but problems may arise.
Weaknesses
Heather is stubborn as s bull and just as hot headed, which can lead to many problems when she is leading but she can usually control her emotions. Not being too augmented she is somewhat weak and fragile being an average EC.

History
Saying Heather's early days were rough would be an understatement, she has severe PTSD from the Reich's days, both her parents where murdered by the inquisitorial Reich when she was around 15, before then she was drilled and trained until she couldn't stand up at the end of the day, every time she made a small mistake it would be met overly excessive punishment. Though it wasn't all bad, she had a coupleof friends, that she only got to see once or twice a month. After the fall of the Reich Heather decided to enlist in the Colonial Military, because of her prior training she was passing everything with flying colors. She was in a leadership position before the end of her last year. Now she's in charge of the squad 'Dire Wolves' a front line squad of operatives.
