| Name: The Ring of Planar Command Owner: Kazura Kanahashi. (Can be stolen/obtained) Creator: Deity Development Thread: N/A Type: Relic Use: Summoning Rarity: Unique. Strengths: - The wearer can summon forth creatures from various planes of existence, binding them to temporary service. - Powerful creatures can be subjugated by the ring’s command, or hundreds of lesser beings. Weaknesses: - The ring follows the rule of conservation. Summon forth three powerful titans of unfathomable might, or summon hundreds of diminutive creatures. As such, the greater the number summoned, the weaker those summoned will be. - Whilst those summoned by the ring must obey any commands that would not directly bring them harm, they may deliberately subvert orders that go against their own ideals. -- One of seven, those who acquire all seven that should be foolish enough to wear all seven at once will, inevitably, perish and become the new vessel for the mad Deity who created the relics. Description This multi-coloured ring is seamlessly formed of a blend of gemstones, each colour representing a different plane of existence. If one looks at it too long, it blurs, as the sheer number of colours upon it blend and mix together in a manner confusing to the human eye. It moulds shape to perfectly fit the finger of the one who bears it. - History:
Created within the Multiverse that Kazura, and brother Vegeshin, hailed from; they were the creation of a mad God bent on staging a coup of The Grand Pantheon.
This mad deity saw the plight of the mortal realm and laughed at such. He believed he should intervene during a great galactic war, and bring the mortals to obey and cease their foolery. The remaining collection of the Grand Pantheon believed otherwise, and instead sought to remain absent from the affairs of mortal man unless dire consequences called for their action.
The God in question, denied time and time again because of his beliefs in intervening, eventually had enough. Toiling away, he designed seven relics of great power, each specializing in a certain area. Behind their backs he labored away until he’d created them all, with the aid of an assisting Demi-God; his child.
All the while, the galactic war ensued. Despite the plight of mortality, the war threatened very little in terms of inter-galactic balance. A simple war waged over petty differences. The Grand Pantheon, proud in their decision, did not yet know what would be about to happen.
With his creations forged, the traitorous deity set out to overthrow his unsuspecting comrades. But as his plans were just about to begin coming into fruition, he discovered none of them present. Curious, he let his guard down and wandered about in perplexed fashion. Only when he’d let his guard down did the other Deities strike. Bound and shackled in powerful binds, he cried out in rage and demanded to know how they’d suspected him; how they’d known.
And so did they grant his request; his own child had sold him out. The child had always loathed his father. His donor, really. Gifted great powers, but relegated to naught but a servant child, he’d hated the man. He’d hated the man for deserting his mother and leaving her ill and ruined after his birth. And most of all, he’d hated his father’s perspective on the mortal realm and the mortals themselves.
Imprisoned, he lay a curse on each and every individual piece he’d crafted. A curse that burned the very words onto them as an inscription, warning those who’d seek their power.
Should all seven be assembled onto one man, woman, or child, they’d become the vessel for his liberation; their very bodies morphing and becoming he himself, whilst they would fade into obscurity and non-existence.
