Unknown. They have one known Jeslore on office where they are refered to as "the new generation" But the company has gone bankrupt and has been bought over by the immortals. After a co-operation suspiciously little files have been found, those that have been found are refering to organizations in dracholm. It is assumed they purposefully left this building go down to retreat to their unkown headquarters. We have sources that state that they refer to themselves as "the intergalactic watcher's agency" while other sources show that they may be known as the "preservation agency" possibly both of these are a farce as they have been elusive and a permament name seems careless for them.

None of the agents are known. There however are certain individuals suspected to be connected to the agency though the intorigations have neglected any confirmation. In general these agents can be from any planet, gender and species but usually they have in common that they are either very resourcefull or gifted in stealth.

Keya Gildas

An elven saboteur/operative that formerly served the immortals and is believed to be currently unemployed. We have reason to believe she may be a high ranking agent in the ranks of the watchers agency but there is too little evidence to confirm this and even less to continue investigation. She has been sighted on 1 or 2 cases where the watchers agency had a say confirmed.

Siyan Yegorivich

A human originating from Moskou, Russia, Earth that has served the russian MSS for over 7 years. 2 years ago he was repordetly killed on a mission to prevent a terrorist group from gaining access to a second hand GSU warship. The ship was destroyed with him inside but he has resurfaced on vigilante spy missions presumed to be related to the watcher's agency. For the rest nothing is known about his current affiliations and again the relation could not be confirmed.

Mason Hunt

Another human originating from earth. Mason hunt is from Liverpool, England. Mason Hunt was at the top of his class at special forces in england and has joined forces with MI6 at the age of 27 where he was decorated multiple times after a large number of succesfull missions. This top spy suddenly quit his job and seemingly vanished into smoke. Nothing is known about his current whereabouts but it is believed the watchers agency is involved in his dissapearance.

Phillipe Rousselle

A human originating from Bordeaux, France. Phillipe Rouselle has been with the DGSI for years. He has been a top ranking undercover agent and has foiled two major terrorist attacks on the eiffel tower and the arc de triomphe wich would have costed hundreds if it werent for his interferences. He went on to perform and top himself over and over again on future missions until he went missing in action one day on a mission that prevented a major drug lord from getting his hands on extra terrestrial millitary weaponry. He was never seen again. The watchers agency was present during this mission.

Blanche Blondeau

A human originating from Paris, France. Blanche Blondeau was at the top of her class in military recon training and has served the french army well on a hostile frontline with pinpoint acuracy and tons of intel coming back from her trips. She was personally invited to the DGSI where she worked for over 5 years before being repordetly killed in action on a mission against the watchers agency. Her body was never recovered.

Drake Jones

A human, born in Tampa bay, Florida, United states. Drake graduated as the top of his class in heavy police response unit and has both forcefully and stealthily stopped a large numbers of agressive heists that no other team was capable of. He was quickly recognized as an elite and recieved a massive amount of decorations in a short time. He was personally recruited into the interpol for 3 years before becoming an undercover ONI agent. On his first mission though, he went missing, his mission was to interfere with the watchers agency. No body recovered, he was presumed dead until he was caught on camera in Antwerp, Belgium presumably employed by the watchers agency.

While intel is very scarce, we have reason to believe there are alot more agents out there other than these. Intel is very hard to get and none of the affiliations have been confirmed as they have been able to elude our efforts to catch them.

The location of the watchers agency is unknown if they even have one. Agents caught on camera are often found floating around in space if they leave their mission planet, possibly trying to shake a tail off. The origin of the watchers agency is unkown as well as the date of their foundation but it is assumed they are much older than some planets, quite possibly one of the first spacefaring organizations. This theory backs their technology level up as they have access to a number of gadgetry that our scans cannot comprehend if we even catch their agents out. They have been spotted throughout history in cave paintings and whatnot and many other organizations report that they have been around for as long as they can remember.

It is likely that the watchers agency sees itself as the true protector of the galaxy and thus wants to remain so hidden and is so selective in recruiting. Their database however must contain intel that is classified and thus must be recovered. But like the aforementioned cave paintings and almost archeological evidence of their presence it is unlikely they store the data in a computer that we can breach. Another fact is that they have moles everywhere as all over the galaxy, files that are about the watchers agency are often reported missing. So should one see this i reccomend taking a picture with an old camera or writing it down.

While the watchers agency seemingly bears no ill will to governments and is usually found preventing major cathastrophes, we have reason to believe they posses government files that are classified and thus should be recovered. Other than that, their agents are occasionally found killing off criminals that presumably pose a threat to their mission. Also, high ranking crime bosses guilty of serious crimes are more often than not captured in what is assumed their hideout as they do not always hand over their targets. Occasionally however one might end up handcuffed on a police station door step with a note containing instructions. The paper has been investigated and they seem to pick flyers that have politicians on them related to the crime. The handwriting is digital looking and is presumably done with a typewriter.

That was all the intel we have on the Watchers agency. We hope to find more intel soon but the congress is becoming disinterested in their capture as they oddly think the classified files are safe with them. I would want to request extra funds to research their origin. I do hope we find them soon.
