Aurora far from enjoyed the long and arduous journey to visit her mother on Feyworld, especially when her father did not come with her. When her father was busy and she was sent alone, the journey seemed twice as long. Aurora had wandered around the ship at least fifteen times to stretch her legs, she had sat and people watched for hours and all it had amounted to was her wishing something interesting would happen.
As she sat staring into a cup of coffee trying to imagine something interesting to keep her occupied, Aurora began to feel the ship vibrating. At first it was subtle just like turbulence, but Aurora felt a shift in the gravity that had been carrying the ship. Something was wrong, she thought. She turned to a crew member that was walking past quite unaffected, "Excuse me, but how long until we reach Feyworld?" she asked trying to hide the concern in her voice, the lady politely replied that they would not reach Feyworld for another couple of hours. This is what Aurora had feared. The ship seemed to be titling slightly to one side as though preparing to change course and come in to land, and yet they were hours from their destination.
As Aurora went to look from one of the portholes to better understand the ship's position, the entire vessel violently jerked to the left, throwing Aurora off balance and causing some passengers to hit the walls. The was no delay in the emergency systems kicking in, red lights began to flash manically and loud sirens echoed though the walkways. People had began to panic, there were some running towards exits and others looking utterly dumbfounded, too stunned to move. Aurora tried to climb up from the floor but felt the gravity had begun to push her down, the ship itself seemed to be caught in a planet's pull. The vessel began to fall rapidly at which point Aurora managed to reach a vacant chair and strap herself in. She held tightly to the armrests and closed her eyes. Oh shit, she thought as the ship hurtled towards the ground at an ulmightly speed, oh shit.
