Despite his powers - he is still a human. His body, under normal circumstances, is still just as vulnerable to injury as any other normal human.

Equipment
Refractive, skin tight body-suit (specially designed and issued by the UNSC). The bodysuit itself is almost a centimeter thick and covered by a thin layer of energy shielding from small micro-power packs installed in different locations around the bodysuit. The suit is the newest in line of experimental gear developed by Blizzard Tech.

Powers
Terra is an Earth Elemental. As such he his abilities include limited aspects of:
-Geokinesis (Manipulation of the surrounding Earth)
-Golem Creation (Make golem suits out of inanimate objects such as rock and dirt and wood)
-Halokinesis (Control and manipulate salt)
-Pssammokinesis (Control and manipulate sand)
-Koniokinesis (Control and manipulate dust particles)

Theoretical powers: Terraportation (use the Earth to teleport) and Terrakinesis (control, alter or reshape the surrounding terrain to a much larger scale). Both powers are theoretically possible for an Earth Elemental but have never been observed to be used by Terra.

History
Next to nothing is known about Terra's backstory. His real name is unknown and his family are unknown - but that doesn't seem to bother him. According to him, his powers manifested not too long ago and he began to use them for petty theft and crime. He was eventually subdued and arrested by the police but Blizzard Tech took interest in his powers and requested that ONI have him transported to Chiron to help with their experiments. It is there that he received his suit, and was barely kept conscious, constantly being transferred from one area of the planet to another. Only when a rogue Covenant faction attack did the experiments cease, and Terra was eventually freed from captivity by Spartan Duarte. The planet was subsequently taken back by the UNSC.
