This is the news! Dark times are upon us as war might be closer than you think. The Imperials have rejected the alliance with the Immortals. This proves that the relations have broken to a point that the Imperials might go to war over their “Embarrassment” at Omega. Right after the failure of diplomacy the Imperials have set up relations with the Reich, and rumor has it that they’re getting along. The Imperials have recently met with the Nypherians and from the reports of the situation are telling us that things went well. In other news, the support within the Nypherian Senate has grown to 56% in favor of banning the use of Magic within the Empire, what does this mean for magic users? Finally, are the Immortals creating a weaponized zombie virus? The Nypherians are threatening to break all relations because of these rumors, if they are true. This is the news!
 
THE REJECTION OF AN ALLIANCE: THE IMPERIALS TURN THEIR BACK ON PEACE

This issue stems from the confrontation at Omega. Many months ago, the Immortals stopped the Imperials slave trade and forced them to bow to Immortal Demands. This confrontation had been frowned upon by most in the galaxy. The annoying part is that this put the Immortals in bad light. We have no clue why, as slavery in general is wrong on so many levels. The Immortals tried to keep the Imperials on the path towards “good”. The issue is that the Imperials have rejected the alliance and pushed them away. The reasoning behind this is for their “embarrassment” at Omega, and having the powers around them seeing them as “weak”. In my opinion, this has nothing to do with them, it has everything to do with what is right. Now, we have heard rumors that the Reich and Imperials are talking amongst themselves.
 
THE WEST AND TH EAST MEET: NYPHERIAN & IMPERIAL DISCUSSION

With tensions rising high, the Imperials and Nypherians had met to discuss diplomatic relations. The small issue is how they met. Reports indicate that the Imperials were chasing fleeing slaves and by the time they had caught up to them, the Empire had already slaughtered the fleeing slaves. The slaves being murdered is what upsets us here at the GNN the most.  The rest of the information we have received is that the agreement between the Nypherians and the Imperials, has come to three variables. The first is a “Non-Agression Pact”, Second Open Trade, and third is to not cross the border without first confirming. Is this going to put more pressure on the Immortals with the Imperials, the Reich, and the Nypherians playing ball?
 
THE VOTE TO BAN USE OF MAGIC GROWS: ITS NOW 56%

When this all began, there had been a bill that had been supported by 30% of the Nypherian Senate to ban the use of Magic within the Empire. This all started with the 900 year war with the Asmodians, the attack on one of their systems by the Darkness, and then the incident with the Celestial almost destroying Earth. Such actions have caused the Nypherian Senate to begin to process to ban the use of magic within their Empire. Since time has gone by, now 56% of the Senate is now in full support of the bill. The debate now continues as this signals to other nations that use Magic, that the Nypherians now look down on the use of Magic. Within this bill, if it gets passed, that all magic users must register on a list and lose specific rights to not practice their beliefs that revolve around magic.
 
BIO WEAPONS BEING MADE?: NYPHERIANS THREATEN TERMINATION OF ALLIANCE

There have been rumors about the creation of a zombie virus being weaponized by the Immortals. This came after the Immortals dominated the system that had a naturally occurring disease. The Immortals soon began to grow the number of weapons once the tensions grew with the Reich. Now, with the tensions growing with the Imperials. It is obvious why the Immortals are weaponizing the virus. The issue is that the Nypherians, with their large information network, they caught wind at what is happening. They have issued a statement about the planned weapon.

“We, of the Nypherian Empire, completely and utterly denounce such weapons. We have fought against such weapons and seen the damage they can cause. If the Immortals continue to create such weapons, we will terminate our alliance. This will VOID all of our agreements and we are considered enemies.”
