Type: Short range teleporter. Use: Teleportation over medium to short ranges. Rarity: Common.
Strengths -Teleportation. At the cost of warp range, the blink armor eliminates the requirement of a charge up time, meaning that it blinks as upon activation. The instant short range transportation (wich is 10 meters at best) allows for high evasiveness on anyone in possesion of a harness.
Weaknesses -Limited range. The teleporters range is limited to roughly 10 meters. It varies oftenly. -Charges. The teleporters range decreases if used more than 5 times in a row. Each 5 blinks the maximum range decreases by a meter. A charge will reset after 3 seconds.
Description The first attempt to work out one of the kinks of the teleport tech has led to other problems. Regardless, this harness became very problem very soon as it allowed for higher mobility and evasiveness among even heavier classes (assuming the harness it placed on correctly.).
