Development Thread: N/AType: Juggernaut class body armor.Magic Resistance: 6Physical Resistance: 6Rarity: commonStrengths-Endurance, much like other juggernaut classed armors, this armor can reduce insane amounts of damage before the user finally succumbs.-Energy barrier, the main use of those that wear this armor is the massive barrier up front that is ment to protect friendlies behind the user.-Shield lifespan, the barrier has enhanced batteries that allow light shields used with this armor to last longer.Weaknesses-Focus fire. Under prolonged sustained fire the shield will fall first forcing the knight to reload the barrier, and if the focus firing continues or the user fails to find cover he may very well succumb under the amounts of damage.-Mobility, as usual, juggernaut armors slow the wearer down by a ton, making them vulnerable to focused fire without proper support.-Loud and bright. The armor clanks like a kitchen and lights up like a laser show, making this armor unusable for stealth encounters.DescriptionThe knights of linesse have depended on their shields for many years. It was only natural to have this tradition evolve wich the dwarves of Bylyn did. The armor was retinkered, redesigned and was crafted with only the hardest of materials that the immortals had to their exposal. As such, even today the knight armor is very common on the frontline as they are a brutally effective means of defense. |
