Strengths
The rifle excels in long distance and medium distance combat. Made for the Special forces AO1 units and the upcoming new Synthetic AI, the weapon is accurate in single to short bursts. A single button is used to remove the mag or simply flicking it out to make reloading much faster. It cuts the reload time to 3 seconds. Th weapon can be modified to use all kinds of Nypherian made ammunition and use any adjusted scope. This weapon can be equipped with a bipod to help stop the recoil of the gun. These weapons can cut through body armor over a period, (10 rounds)

Weaknesses
Due to the kickback, it cannot be used as a fully automatic weapon. The magazines weigh a lot due to the heaviness of the rounds. This makes it so the soldiers only carry 5 magazines at a time. Only Cybernetics and AI units can carry more, because of their upgrades. The weapons fire cannot penetrate armor more than 10mm thick.
 
Description
The weapon is chamber in 7.62 x56mm, the gun is made up of a light version of Enhanced harbenite. A 30-round magazine and it can use a 100-drum round magazine. These magazines are much heavier and can only be carried 2 at a time for Synthetic troops. The color of the weapon is black and doesn’t reflect light, making it easier to hide in the night.

1. How thick/what kind of body armor can the bullets penetrate? I doubt it takes 10 only rounds to bust through a suit of juggernaut armor and I would imagine less for basic kevlar. I'm assuming it would take 10 rounds to break through standard Nypherian body armor?

That's been answered. It's within the weakness. it cannot pen more than 10 MM. 25 MM = 1 Inch.
