No special powers but Wrath is able to utilize all manner of items as weapons, has quick reflexes, and superior speed. 

History
Wrath was recruited by the thieves guild as a thief but found his true calling as the guild's resident assassin.  Trained in th ways of the guild Wrath is most often utilized to bring down thieves who have betrayed the guild in some way.  His skill set allows him to work in the shadows as an assassin for hire as well.
