Thing windows of these can even prove to be bullet proof against anything but the highest calibres.-Strength, Cykx plexiglass is one of the hardest materials known to the immortal database, outshining others in almost every way. It is extremely durable and is easily used on armor and firing chambers for it's strength and ability to take alot before finally shattering. When used in thick plates it is proved to be the best candidate for spaceship windows.-Heat ressistance, Cykx plexiglass is almost impossible to melt once it has hardened, thus effectively offering ressistance against heat based weaponry.Weaknesses-Ease of use, Cykx plexiglass is only allowed to be used by the most skilled of crafters, due to it's heat ressistance it is impossible to melt down once it has hardened. So making plexiglass items is extremely hard and has a chance of wasting it all together.-Arcanic weaknesses, Cykx plexiglass can not be destroyed by magic, but magic based attacks simply phase through the glass regardless of the heat. This is because of the fact that the plexiglass has no solid particles that other materials do have that can stop magical attacks. Due to this, even the simplest of fireball spells can pass through any amount of Cykx plexiglass.-Slippery, Cykx plexiglass is not usable on some parts of the armor as it emits a permament humidity making it extremely slippery. Due to this not even paint or ice (test was taken with an ice thrower, ice spells still phased through.) can attach itself to the plexiglass. The only way to use it on armor is to coat the armor in it before hardening it so that it attaches itself to the armor. But it may not be the legs, knees or hands or anything else that requires to be in contact with tools, the ground or anything else.DescriptionFor millenia, the Cykx have made their equipment out of Cykx plexiglass because of it's endurance and it's light weight, making it extremely comfortable to wear. Cykx plexiglass is made by chemically treating the fluid used in Cykx breeding tanks that keeps them alive and letting it harden. And despite being used for many years the Cykx have yet to fully understand it's properties and other purposes. It is currently under research and just like the fusion gas and quantum cartridges it is hard to say whatever could come out of this. |

Remember, it can withstand Heat based weaponry for a limited time. Plasma can definitely break through it. However, resistance to Laser based is higher. |
