What Candor looks like when he receives a huge influx of mana

Name: Candor
Species: Reaper/Human hybrid
Age: ??? Though he appears to be 19.
Faction: N/A
Alignment: good neutral

Strengths
Candor excels in sneaking around undetected and finding random old trinkets, tools, and stuff.

Weaknesses
Despite being a Reaper, Candor finds it to be extremely taxing to use magic. Unlike normal Reapers, Candor can be hurt by mortal means, however, he feels much less pain than a normal human. Another difference between Candor and other Reapers is that he has to have the consent of the soul that he wishes to absorb.

He has all of the supernatural powers of a reaper, but is unable to use them freely due to his strange condition.

History
Candor woke up. Raising his head, Candor felt the soft breeze running through the long grasses that he found himself among. Thoughts rushed through his head as he got up from the ground, dusting himself off. With his hood having fallen off his face, Candor's pale face was exposed to the world. Strangely, though being a Reaper, he felt little discomfort when not wearing his hood. Suddenly, a huge footstep rocked the ground.

Looking to the trees behind him, Candor backed up. A great beast of metal and oil, not flesh, had appeared. It resembled a huge, ten foot tall tiger. Snapping its head in his direction, the machine rushed Candor. Rolling away to the side, he summoned his scythe from its ethereal plane. Its smoky mater coalesced around his right arm, travelling down to his hand. Dodging a strike from the beast, Candor swung the tip of his newly formed scythe into the bottom of its head. It was a lucky strike. The beast toppled to the ground, leaving Candor in a sweaty heap.

"What is this place...?" Whispered Candor as he stood up, quieting his breath.

This suppose to be a celestial or being that can't be hurt by physical means? If so, beings like these are heavily restricted.

To be more detailed.

1. How does being a Reaper have to do in making it easier to find Artifacts?

2. whats the condition of the character?

3. How is he able to summon his "Blade" if he cant use magic?

4. The reapers on this site are different on this site. since most of their abilities are magic and you can't use magic . You're not a reaper, you're mortal.

1) it has nothing to do with being a reaper, just a personal tweak

2) the fact that he is half-human

3) changed it, it's just really taxing to use magic

4) since I changed the magic thing, he is still a reaper, though only half. As he is half human, Candor is mortal. He just happens to be a lot harder to kill an he ages extremly slowly, though much faster then a full-blooded reaper.

1. Remove finding artifacts easier ability. That's a questline you have to earn your way.

3.so, now he can use magic. Thats the issue, Reapers are a powerful selective group of beings. Its restricted.

4.reapers aren't organic . They have no blood and dont age. They're already dead and can't really be hurt.

1) artifacts as in really old stuff, not necessarily powerful stuff

2) I understand that they are restricted, but being half-human puts a huge dent in his powers

All artifacts are earned through quest threads. Not by simple dev threads.

Inspiration from Horizon, lots of similarities, sure, but there will be different stuff

Artifacts in general. You cannot have an ability to make it easier.

With the planet, the answer is no. We do this to avoid Copyright. You have to recreate it and rework the entire thread.
