Just my two cents as in the military my job was NBC (nuclear biological chemical warfare) the protective suits we wore raised a body's temperature a whopping ten degrees.  Add armor on top of that and you're looking to boil your brain.  Option 2 for me from that standpoint.

@Kaeda: Gold star----yeah 2 seems better in RL design.But not my choice to decide in the end.
