Once the Imperials exited warp within the Nypherian territory, chasing after the fleeing ship. They meet a very large Nypherian Armada. With a ship count of 150 ships that had recently warped in, due to the detection of the Imperial fleet and the singular ship that had been fleeing that fleet. The Nypherian fleet consisted of many ships and frigates. The fleet had 50 MC2B23’s (2,000 meters), 50 Assault Cruiser MC 3B10’s (2,000 meters), 2 Interdictor IGW-457C’s (500 meters), 8 MC 401S Elite Assault Cruiser’s (2,500 meters), 20 AC B12C Cruiser Class Frigate’s (800 meters), 19 AC G20C Cruiser Class Frigate’s (800 meters), and 1 MC 502S Battleship (3,000 meters). The largest ship, the lead ship, sat in the middle of the fleet. The fleeing ship had been stopped in its tracks. The Imperials could see that their warping technology had been disabled, the energy source that is causing it, is within the large Nypherian Armada.

The Nypherian fleet hadn’t made the effort to communicate with the Imperials, yet. A large charging energy source had soon been detected, growing in power. Two ships, MC2B23’s, began to glow in the front. The sound could be heard on scanners and it sounded like something building up. The sound started low a low grind and became much louder over time. In a flash of green light, a large beam of green light shot towards the fleeing ship the Imperials had been chasing. The second ship also shot the same kind of light. Once the two beams of light struck the ship, it instantly exploded in a large fireball. The two ships stopped and everything feel silent.

Soon, the Imperials coms lit up, the Nypherians opened their coms. The message is simple. “You’re not welcomed. Whomever you have been chasing, is no more. They refused to respond to our hails and thus we ended their lives. If you have no other reason to be within our borders, your people should leave.”

There had been no response for a few minutes and the disrupter tech is still on. Finally, coms finally opened and the Nypherian fleet hailed the Imperial fleet. Vid-coms opened and a cybernetic man stood before the Imperials. “I hate slaves in my sector. They stink the air in which they exist in. Curious, having slaves take a ship so large from you, it makes me think that you’re weak. No matter, my name is Lieutenant Colonel Nikoli Smirkov. I am the lead officer of the sector. We are aware of the Imperials are their walloping they had taken on Omega. Rumor has it you told off those muck-walkers off. Maybe we can do business. If you want to do business or discuss relations between our nations, I am open for debates.” He said as he waved to someone off vid-com.

The Imperials received instructions to send on ship in the middle of both fleets. They Nypherians also mentioned within the instructions that they will send one ship as well. “You will send one or a few people to discuss things, no more and no less.” He said as he closed vid-com. Lieutenant Colonel Nikoli Smirkov turned and walked out of the Command bridge, stopping at the elevator and making his way down to the shuttle. “I want to be transferred to the 2.5, and I want all ships ready for combat. We will slaughter these lizards if they try anything.” He said to his Warrant Officers. “Aye, Sir!” they all said in unison. Once within the hangar of the lead ship, he had boarded a shuttle and fly towards one of the MC 401S Elite Assault Cruisers.

He boarded and the ship moved forward towards the middle of the two fleets.

The Imperials never got a vocal response, all they got were instructions to meet on the Nypherian ship. Within those instructions, they were told NOT to bring firearms or any kind of weapons with them. The Nypherian armada never made a move but pulses of energy came from them. They came back to the Imperials as static. With the technology of the Imperials, they could slightly detect the communications of the Nypherians and how fast they were. Able to send messages in under 1/10 of a nanosecond. A complete network system with AI talking to AI. They were also able to detect that there were slightly different signals that were being made by the Cybernetics and Synthetics within the fleet. Thus, showing it is not just the AI that can communicate at that speed.

On the ship, the lead officer waited for the Imperials response. He stood within the hangar and many squads of Cybernetics and AI soldiers were all waiting with the Officer. A few warrant officers that work directly under the lead officer were already sitting at the table. Lieutenant Colonel Nikoli Smirkov couldn’t sit down because he is so tall. Standing at 10 feet tall, he no longer looked like a human anymore. His body is mostly metal and his eyes are synthetic. His lower jaw is now metal and when he talks, he can speak through devices or by thought. “ We must make sure that we can come to an agreement but we don’t want them back unless we allow it. Stay strong for the Empire and protect our borders.”

"Very well the Admiral and I would make our way there."


The Admiral and Baron alongside an made their way to the hanger where an shuttle awaited to take them to the Nypherian ship,they where told not to bring firearms so the Admiral would keep his Armaros-Issue plasma pistol aboard the shuttle,as the Admiral and Baron strapped themselves into the shuttle seats,they began to plan out the situation.


The shuttle hummed to life and quickly exited the airlock towards the Nypherian ship.The shuttle landed in the Nypherian hanger and after about 20 seconds the pressurized doors of the shuttle opened and the winged baron and the wingless admiral stepped out of the shuttle that then closed it's doors as they walked towards the table where an few dozen squads of Nypherians stood,as the Imperial delegates approached they spotted the tall Nypherian they would later know as Nikoli Smirkov. Most of the Nypherians seemed to be entirely cybernetic which troubled the Admiral...The last thing they needed was another Flickr Hive....Another Technocracy....But considering that they seemed to retain their form still appearing human...in an sense...Perhaps...No the objective was to come to an agreement...Personal thoughts could wait.


The Baron was eager to meet them,he took an moment to gaze at Nikoli with an unreadable grin that had mixtures of curiosity and awe. The winged baron placed his right hand in an fist against his chest and lowered his head slightly,the admiral followed and did the same in an almost synchronized fashion.The winged Varanus would speak first followed by the wingless admiral.


"I am Baron Beliq of the Imperial Court."


"And I am Admiral Kar'Kas of the Serpentum Armada."


They lifted their heads,the admiral would stand on attention whilst the baron took ease in his stance.


"Thank you for receiving us,I must say this craft is impressive." He said with an smile that soon turned back to an reptilian grin.


"Shall we begin the negotiations?" 


Back on the Imperial frigate the communications ensigns could pick up ultra fast signals communicating with one another,while the onboard AI where too limited to assist the ensigns on deciphering the static it did however not stop the ensigns from recording what little they could for study by the Solsastians later. "Impressive" they would mutter to each-other,it seemed that the Nypherians had some sort of connective network among each other.   

Everything calmed once the Imperials agreed to meet on their ship, within the hangar. The Warrant Officers were talking amongst themselves as to how things were going to work out. Will it lead to war? Will it lead to neutral grounds of understanding? Either way, the Nypherian Empire had no intention of starting a fight, but they were going to defend their sovereignty.  They watched as the ship landed within the hangar and the Imperials walked out. Everyone made note that they looked similar to the Draconian within their Empire, the only real difference is that the Draconian didn’t have wing or tails. Once everyone  sat down, minus the lead officer, the talks could finally begin.

  Lieutenant Colonel Nikoli Smirkov looked at them as they saluted or maybe the actions they presented where just ways at being polite. Either way, it didn’t matter to him as he only saluted his superiors. He didn’t make any motion to salute them back and just ignored their way of being polite. “Before we begin, let me be clear. The Empire wants nothing to do with your tensions in the Northern Galaxy. We have been watching the tensions unfold. We are aware of what happens within the Galaxy, if not the Galactic cluster of this side of the Universe.” He said as he paced back and forward on the other side of the table.

“We have no interest in the possibility of war. The Immortals, the Reich, the DKS, and even you Imperials. The only interest we have are our allies the Kyodain. It would be wise to stay away from their borders when your war with the Immortals comes. Now, with that out of the way. Let’s begin.” He said as the Warrant Officers on the table pushed documents across the table towards the Imperials. “Within these documents are our terms to an agreement. These are simply protocols, as this is how we deal with other Galactic Nations. On these documents are three things. The first is the Non-Aggression Pact. This means that we will stay within our borders and you stay on yours. If you go to war, we will not intervene or help you. For an example, we have agreements with the Reich and the Immortals. Funny, how they didn’t tell you of our existence when they met you.” What the Imperials could notice is that his mouth didn’t exist. He had very limited facial expressions while he spoke.

When he spoke, it’s as if his words entered their mind, telepathically.

“No matter, the Reich’s ignorance with the Galaxy is something we can discuss another time. The second thing on that document are trade agreements. We can trade resources from other Dimensions and Universes that we have explored. However, the rarer the resources is, the less likelihood we will give it to you. We expect something with equal value in return. Every 2 galactic cycles or in your terms, every 600 days, we will send convoys with common elements that don’t exist in this Dimension. We expect something in return, equal value. Information, resources, ETC.

The last thing on our document are rules. Don’t cross our borders without notifying our Empire. If you do it again, we will consider it an act of war. If you want to cross our borders, you must notify us beforehand. 2 weeks in advance, so we can process the request to the Senate and the High Command.” He stopped as he scanned the Imperials one last time.

“Any questions?”

He narrowed his eyes at the words of the Imperials. "Let me clarify. I am not talking of current relations and the chance of war as of now. I am talking about future events, if you lose this war. If you ask for our help, when you're losing the war, we will not answer your call. We have no reason to answer your plead for help. The documents on the table are what we will follow. Once we make an agreement, we will follow it to the letter. We will not lie to you, we will not break any agreements, and we will not add anything to the current documents once they are signed. We hold our word at a high regard. We don't lie. We aren't an inferior species." he said glaring towards the man who he felt accused him of being someone who isn't honest.

"We can hold off on the trade agreements as of now, until further clarification within your government. For now, we can supply simplistic items. Such as our basic medical supplies, surplus resources, and technology that won't be to...radical. We can't be giving our technology away to people we just met."  he said as she snapped his fingers. One of the Warrant officers slid another set of documents down the table. "Within these documents are our version of cybernetics. With your coming conflict, you will need it as medical supplies will run low. Limb and organ replacement will be at an all time high. You're welcome to change things to your liking, of course if your people agree to having a piece of technology within their body. The Cybernetics that make up 96% of my body aren't on that list as military technology will not be given to you. We have to deem you worthy of such technology. Your species is still young, and the you tend not to do what they're told."

He paused as the Imperials commended them on being neutral for so long. They spoke about other matters and then they asked about the convergence. This time they could see he become visually annoyed.

"The filthy GSU and their celestial drama. To our knowledge, it was a celestial that caused a massive surge of energy. It took all of them to fight the Celestial and defeat him. Our people were within another Universe and the Void at the time. We had no knowledge of it until we came here. The GSU has had a massive influx of magical conflict. Celestials blowing up planets for them, almost destroying our home, planet Earth. Though, our home would need an explanation. We're humans, from another Dimension. Our species, starting from the change to AI, we're about 1.8 billion years old. Within the Void, we're older. Time travels at a faster pace in the Void." He calmed down.

"Yes, we're neutral for the most part. We have our laws that don't allow us to speak with species who haven't reach space technology. We have rules that first contact is to make a neutral agreement and stay out of everyone's drama. As having trillions of our soldiers within each sector would be bad for business. "

The idea of discussion with the GSU annoyed him even further but this time, there is no facial expression. Lieutenant Colonel Nikoli Smirkov looked over as he listened one last time to the Imperials. They had their own ways of handling situations and he is at peace with the idea. However, he greatly dislikes the GSU and the possibility of GSU influence within the Northern Sector. The concept, no even the thought of it angered him. With the GSU poking their nose within the Northern Sector, it could jeopardize things. Though, he kept a blank face when his thoughts clouded his mind.

His thoughts were broken when the Imperials asked if he had any questions. He simply shook his head. "No questions at all. If this is the end of discussions, I suggest we reconvene, only when it is appropriate. Oh and one more thing, keep your eyes on the Immortals and the Reich." he said as he turned away and walked off. The warrant Officers stood up and followed Lieutenant Colonel Nikoli Smirkov. The AI soldiers now walked up towards the table and pointed for the Imperials to get back on their ship.
