After discussing with staff.

1. The comment on being able to block any projectile in the universe needs to be fixed. Phrasing something like "resist damage from nearly any source"
2. The mobility weakness is rendered moot since the wielder wouldn't be bothering to dodge with the shield in teh first place.
3. The statements "Whoever is lucky to have one" and "Unique" Conflict with each other. A unique item can only have one owner.
4. Heavy throwable, how can a person reliably throw a shield to strike a target? Why would they even bother in the first place? That isn't so much a strength as something any idiot could do with a regular shield

first off, was anyone salted when discussing this? im sensing alot of unnecesary hostility. 

Second the shield can get launched off with a swinging gesture using the arm with the help off a launcher built in the armor slot of the light elven armor.

Third, what do you want me to add to the weaknesses then? This is supposed to handle like an ordinary shield, only pushed up to be relevant in the sci-fi setting. Try giving me something to change instead.

Fourth, it's called unique because there currently is only one known out there, i can just change it to my char's name if necesarry.

Fifth, i shall rephrase it that way.
