Culture
Lupushounds are a social pack hunting species, loyal to an alpha of their respective pack, usually an officer who has raised the creatures since birth. These ties are close, with the hounds fighting to the death for their alpha.
History
Specifically bred from the colonies' original dogs for war against the demons, Lupushounds are voracious predators under the watch of Guerran troops, with some Calvary brigades replacing horses with Lupushounds, who make effective mounts, devouring those they now down. Now, under the Inquisitorial Reich, Lupushounds have become even more used in battle as both war dogs and calvary. Some have even suggested placing auto firing turrets on their backs, though most call this overkill.
