| After a while of communicating with the factions litterally right next to them, it was about time to ally them or at least make peace between the two, a war between them is something they could really miss, even if they were a big faction by now that have established their staying power. A viral ship was sent to a nearby empty planet that was not too far away from both immortal and kyodian teritory where they had estabished a small base where they could safely discuss an alliance. This was the first time Sylvia was assigned to host a bussines meeting, but at least she knew what to do and she knew what to offer and ask of clan kyodian, what she didnt know is who would represent their clan.
Regardless of that, she was dressed for the opportunity, instead of wearing her modernized armor she wore the original armor she had when she was in the immortals when it got founded with the original accesories mostly consisting of tribal paint and feathers or pearls she was certainly not dressed for combat wich hopefully helped the bussines, but obviously her clothing. Fortunatly she brought along other things than her wardrobe, this being an arsenal of weapons, blueprints and armor wich they most likely could use. |

| Tech-King Roi could hardly pass up an opportunity to discuss things with their neighboring nation. As such, he had taken his personal Samurai-Class Cruiser and a small contingent of three destroyers and five frigates to the designated planet, also located on neutral ground where neither faction held formal sway. Hopefully, it would prevent any extreme degree of violence. Though the unowned territory could have made it more likely. Lord-Guardian Wulf had greatly protested Roi's insistence on being the one to accept the Immortals' invitation for an alliance discussion.
The moment the fleet popped out of warp, a dropship detached itself from the samurai-class cruiser and landed outside the meeting place minutes after arrival. Roi, accompanied by a fellow Rigger and Tech-Master, descended from a boarding ramp. Each was minimally armed with little more than kinetic shields and arc pistols, though Roi carried a pair of arc-blades, the symbol of his office.
"Greetings, Immortal leader," The Rigger said, then gestured to Roi. "This is Tech-King Roi, the chosen leader of our Clan Kyodain" The three gave a shallow bow with each pair of arms crossed agains their chest in the customary greeting of their kind and awaited a response. |

| the young looking elf simply waved back and greeted him with a cute smile. "welcome, i assume your trip has enjoyable, if short...you probaply know why we invited you, i represent our leader for this meeting as he is currently on a mission to liberate elven prisoners from our old ally who unfortunatly has escaped our grasp, but i am in the second command of our factions and authorized to offer our weaponry or armors, our support in general, i have a catalogue of our weapons to give you an idea if the items we can supply to you." |

| Liberating prisoners. War, death, and destruction. Tech-King Roi was never fond of going on the offensive with two very large exceptions: The shattering of Kyodain Honor, or the need to save more of his own. Since Roi did not know the situation of the elven prisoners, he could never be truly sure as to whether or not the attack the Immortals' leader had conducted was truly justified.
"We thank you for your offer, Immortal," Roi replied, "We Kyodain often find our military technology rather subpar compared to our other technologies." He took a moment to contemplate the offer of weapons. "We would be glad to form an alliance with you, though we will need more insurance to gurantee you will not attack our holdings than simply an exchange of armaments. Perhaps a nonaggression pact would be in order?" |

| she tilted her head in confusion, it seemed this woman's mannerisms were a bit close to that of dogs or cats sometime as evident by her bodily language. "what makes you think we would ever attack an allied nation...? of course we wont pose any harm to your property and subjects, that is standard in our understanding of an alliance...though i suppose you mean by a non agression pact that we can still carry out missions against seraphim pirates? and im sure i can arrange with my leader that you can mark planets for your conquest that we will leave alone, free for you to conquer..." the catalogue held many images of alot of weapons, though some were unimpressive there were alot of interesting ones, like the underground all shutter smg, the armor piercing arc razors and the powerfull rail accelerators.
"of course i need to mention that we have a zero tolerance to slavery, though im sure that wont be a problem, also in addition to our promise that we shall not attack anything inside your teritory, leave planets free for you to conquer and supplies of weaponry you can select, we can also deliver dwarven titanium wich is the thoughest metal known to our database, wich you can easily use to craft armors." |

| Tech-King Roi betrayed no emotion as he listened to the Immortal leader's defended their point, despite few well known actions of the neighboring nation. Particularly a sizable number of military assaults and construction of a gigantic metal fortress world which had caused the agricultural planet Talin to join Clan Kyodain.
"Of course an alliance would imply non aggression between both parties," Tech-King Roi replied after the Immortal's leader concluded speaking. "Many of your faction's recent actions have been heavily militaristic, we Kyodain wish only to ensure that our borders would remain secure during our alliance, though many of our members are wary of your nation." Roi began sifting through the catalogue of weaponry displayed. Much of it was simplistic in comparison to Clan Kyodain's military tech, though Roi found the concept of using larger armor-piercing slugs interesting and likely more practical than launching needles. The force of impact from a larger slug could send shockwaves through a target's body and cause more widespread damage than launching needles clean through an enemy's organs and forcing them to bleed to death. "Though your offer for a non aggression pact is high in comparison to what we are giving you. Seraphim not of Clan Kyodain are a threat to the good standing of Clan Kyodain, though I would simply request that you only kill the leaders if you can. Seraphim honor dictates that without a leader, Seraphim warriors will normally conclude their assault and retreat back to their home or migrate in search of a new leader, such as Clan Kyodain. In addition, we may supply your forces with Tinc, a metal most Seraphim use in the construction of our ships and weapons." Roi outstretched his upper left hand in a sign of agreement that appeared to be common among the races of this Milky Way galaxy to represent his acception of the terms of the Immortals' and Clan Kyodain's non-aggression pact. |

| "very well then, i shall alert our troops that Seraphim pirate leaders are kill on sight while seraphim soldiers are to be released. I'll also notify the dwarves on apex 122 that they will soon recieve your tinc to work with, im sure they'll find it interesting. Do i also notify our civilians that Kyodian teritory is not to be entered?" She asked as she shook his hand. |

| Tech-King Roi mulled over the Immortal Leader's last comment for a moment before continuing.
"No, Kyodain space will be entered at specified entry points, station scans if you will. Mostly to ensure our borders remain secure alongside a nation that one of our worlds holds very little trust for." The moment Roi finished speaking, one of his attendants began tapping a blue holographic screen that had just popped up from his upper left wrist. "Is there anything else you would like, or will this conclude our meeting?" |

| She smiled at the kyodian king. "Nope, i think that is all. Thank you for your time. Is there something else you wanted from us? Im sure we can supply you with some of our other advances if we create them in the future if you just let us know." |

| "That will be all, thank you," Tech King Roi replied. He crossed his arms in two X shapes across his torso and bowed at the waist, a formal farewell in ancient Seraphim culture and departed with his aides aboard their dropship.
