History:
Hubert McMillan was born and raised on one of the Inner Colonies and instantly took an interest towards acquiring knowledge and learning. This made him one of the top students of his classes and he graduated from one of the best universities on the planet. It was his intelligence and resolve for learning that caught the eye of ONI and he was soon recruited into the agency as one of their chief scientists. At first, Hubert was an arrogant man who was ill-tempered and had no regard for his subordinate scientists. However, with the Covenant's attack of his homeworld and its subsequent destruction, Hubert's personality changed and he was more humbled.
With ONI dismantled a few years later, Hubert now works for the GSU science division and is tasked with the development of new ship, weapons and vehicle technologies for the greater benefit of the faction.
