Lucifer was in the area in Lucian where the Great Arch was being made and had construction workers there working on it day to day. So far, there was a main lobby/building that worked as a command center which had two different markets one each side of it, the weapon market was almost finished being built on the right side of the main building and the food market was already finished on the left side of the building. Lucifer was standing tall giving orders to one of the construction workers on what he planned for the Great Arch. He then notices someone in the distance that is unfamiliar to him and didn't seem to be from Lucian. He stopped talking to the worker and payed attention to the other person who he never saw before. Lucifer approached the person as if he thought they were lost or something. Once he got close enough, he was silent for a second but then said "So, who are you? Are you lost?" as he awaits a reply.
