| The coast of dracholm, a vast dessert riddled with tiny villages and settlements. though the largest city 'Chenter' held a vehicle factory that already crafted many powerfull tanks, helicopters and boats of any kind. So the day the giants of Chenter recieved the commision to caft spacecraft to hold Immortal troops they were thrilled as the payment could keep their company afloat for centuries to come.
That same day the giants contacted the Bylian dwarves, their old colleagues to help them out with this mission, for the giants may be adept at creating armored vehicles. This kind of tinkering was more of a dwarven thing, the dwarves were recently done with building Imm'enne and were delighted to help their old friends, soon enough the giants of Chenter had recieved Bylian designs along with the proposition of a new metal sort to create ths ship out of.
The metal would be a mixture of the current hardest metal on Jeslore, "dwarven steel" and the structural armor that the giants have used for so long, the new finished product was dubbed "dwarven titanium" and was found to be twice as durable.
Once the schematics and materials were gathered, the giants started working on what would become known as the Viral. Days and nights of forging, assembly and metalworking went by until the prototype was deemed effective. It made it's first journey into space shortly after and was approved and praised by the giants for it's efficiency and size.
With this much place in the ship, it would be a shame to leave it empty the giants must have thought, so soon enough the viral was mounted with several weapons and shield generators. Aside from the many weapons being thrown in the dwarves came along with a new project dubbed 'the impaler'.
That day many of these impalers went into production and were tested before also being approved and made standard equipment on the virals. After that the virals were ready for use, now with reliable concepts and schematics thanks to the dwarves, the Berserker Viral was ready to head out on it's first mission. |

| Day 1 Test mission of the D.C.S Drakar. Taken from Immortal elite Viktor's logbook on the D.C.S drakar's first flight. - It was about right they elected me to test this thing out. for now i would still prefer sailing the seas on my own wooden boat and rely on the wind instead of some engine that i cant even see or feel. Objectively this ship does control fine, steering is responsive for a ship of this size anyway and while it is slow and sluggish in terms of speed, im not used to anything much faster.
Upon leaving our system we got attacked by pirates not too much later. These poor men never stood a chance, their puny weapons could not get through our shields, klaut asked me to test the ship armor itself and upon turning the shield of and letting the pirates launch their missiles at us, nothing much happened. We then tested these Impalers and they pierced right through their ship armor, the teleporters too functioned smoothly and transported our raiders in in groups of six, our troops were superiour over theirs, even if they had though armor too.
Too bad they had to attack us, we freed their slaves who had apparently been blatantly kidnapped from their home planet. The only confirmed deaths were those of the enemies and sadly, those of slaves who were uncapable of doing what they were told. But fortunatly for the survivors we came along, the ship was emptied completely of prisoners and the ship was blown up, in true riftian giant fashion they did with their favorite belongings. |

| Day 2 Test mission of the D.C.S Drakar. Taken from Immortal elite Viktor's logbook on the D.C.S drakar's first flight. - Today, one of the prisoners we freed walked up to me and asked if we were going to pursue the pirates as they were keeping more prisoners on some sort of prison ship where they were sold to seperate ships and crews. The whole purpose of this test mission was to find someone to help using this ship, this boarding technology could certainly help us clearing that prison ship, and im certain we can find the logs of anyone who bought these poor souls. While i am already happy to continue my mission, this will certainly make sylvia happy.
Sadly the young man could not tell me where exactly this ship was or what it was named, though he would remember if he saw or heard the name. Fortunatly tracking down pirates is somewhat a specialty of mine, with me being harbor police for so long. I should head to a bar and ask around where to get slaves. Certainly the greed in these dumbasses will point me towards this auction ship, tomorow i will execute this plan and see if someone takes the bait, i always loved fishing anyway. |

| Day 3 Test mission of the D.C.S Drakar. Taken from Immortal elite Viktor's logbook on the D.C.S drakar's first flight. - So i instructed my crew to find a shady planet with questionable morals, and they found one. Its been a while since i went to one of these shady creepy taverns, pirates everywhere, young attractive females being forced to use their bodies to earn money, it's awfull to see this state of mankind.
Though after asking around a bit i did get a name. "the dreadnought" a name that rolls of the tongue easily, im honestly surprised the young man could forget a name like that, though he was an orc and they're not renowned for their intelligence, though fortunatly the kid recognized the name, i posted a heads up for this dreadnought ship and we'll see what happens...
I just got a very angry comment on this wanted sign i posted by what i assume to be a pirate captain, i got a small online flame fight with this guy and he said his ship tracked mine down and he is going to enslave me and my crew, it's wonderfull what the internet can do sometimes. Perhaps ill wait him out, if he is truly intend on defending the dreadnought, he must have bought something there and be able to point me to the location of them. |

| Day 4 Test mission of the D.C.S Drakar. Taken from Immortal elite Viktor's logbook on the D.C.S drakar's first flight. - They attacked us at night, the cowards, although i think it was night, the crew was sleeping anyway. Fortunatly the raiding party members were quick to wake up and get in combat ready condition, all that stuff they're pumping in them has to be good for something after all. Even if they did take us by surprise, we were quick to vanquish the attackers.
This is getting more and more agrivating, these poor young men and women litterally get price stamps burned onto their flesh, the medics here are currently looking to remove them as they are still quite fresh with some of them, and i do hope for them that having been kidnapped wont be visible on them for the rest of their lives.
The hackers just came back from the ship and it's ready to blow up. they dont have the coordinates of the dreadnought yet, though fortunately they do have the coordinates to other of these pirate ships, we were going after them either way for we do need to determine the effectiveness of the viral in combat but so far this ship is the most resilient thing i have ever seen, and our captain is now working on tracking down the other ship. |

| Day 5 Test mission of the D.C.S Drakar. Taken from Immortal elite Viktor's logbook on the D.C.S drakar's first flight. - We went through all the intel, and they listed 3 allied ships that all have a 33.3 procent chance to hold the location of the dreadnought, we are currently going after the one that is the closest, though first we need to stock up on supplies, these prisoners are extra mouths to feed and i assume we'll be freeing alot more, though fortunatly the ship is large enough to carry these poor souls. |

| Day 6 Test mission of the D.C.S Drakar. Taken from Immortal elite Viktor's logbook on the D.C.S drakar's first flight. - We today came across another pirate ship and i would again like to state the brutal efficiency of this ship, the boarding went smoothly and it would apear these impaler rounds are recyclable, wich is certainly a boon.
However on this specific ship we have found execution and torture tools, wich means these men are guilty of the undying crimes genocide, slavery, degradation and theft of lifetime and are thus neglected the right of a trial and sentenced to death, though this sentence wasnt too hard to carry out, we just left them on their ship and blew it up, i dont know what they did to these young men and women but they were cheering as they watched the ship explode. |

| Day 7 Test mission of the D.C.S Drakar. Taken from Immortal elite Viktor's logbook on the D.C.S drakar's first flight. - We have managed to board another ship today and gathered more of these prisoners. Sadly they did not hold the location of the dreadnought wich means this next one has to have the location to it...my god what a raid that will be, anyway we are running out of space to keep these rescued civilians, this next batch will have to use the beds of the administrative team because i have no idea where else we could keep them.
The crew is getting restless, though we are almost in the final stretch, one more ship and then the dreadnought and we can finally bring these people back home, the best part of our mission will undoubtedly be to reunite them with their friends and family they had to live without for they have been rudely ripped away from their planet. |

| Day 8 Test mission of the D.C.S Drakar. Taken from Immortal elite Viktor's logbook on the D.C.S drakar's first flight. - Im getting detailed reports of the raiding parties themselves, they already recieved the nickname 'bacteria' among other workers, because we the virus send them out to disable the enemy's immune system, i must say it is quite creative and possibly ment to encourage them instead of insult them, but bacteria does not sonud endearing, especially for the backbone of our crew.
Our trackers show a signature lurking from nearby, possibly the last ship trying to ambush us, but right now our troops need to rest, so we will shut down our engines here and let them rest up for now, they deserve it. On another note, our resources are wearing very thin, we should definetly go find supplies before going after the dreadnought. |

| Day 9 Test mission of the D.C.S Drakar. Taken from Immortal elite Viktor's logbook on the D.C.S drakar's first flight. - Those fools thought they were smart attacking us by 'night' though that was coincidentally right after the last bacteria reported himself in for duty, i have no idea what took them so long to get around to attacking us, perhaps we have a reputation among space pirates and they needed to adress each torturing stealing drunk individually, i got reports from one of the bacteria the whole ship smelled of booze and that again execution and torture tools were found and the same thing happened that the prisoners cheered at the destruction of the ship.
Regardless of their crimes, it is time to act on the many complaints of bacteria that they had to put half the full amount of bullets in their clips, that they were thirsty and hungry. In short are resources have been stretched very thin so we had to go restock on a nearby planet, fortunatly it was not as morally ambigous as the one where i got my intel so we bought ammo, food and water and set off to deal with this dreadnought.
Im not sure if i should worry but many of the prisoners are afraid they will end up in chains when we attack the dreadnought, apparently the captain of the dreadnought is batshit insane and the ship is very fortified and packed with some serious weaponry, nothing like a good test! |

| Day 10 Test mission of the D.C.S Drakar. Taken from Immortal elite Viktor's logbook on the D.C.S drakar's first flight. - After this mission, it finally seemed to pay off, while floating around the vast expenses of space one of the bacteria accompanying the pilots got excited as he claimed to see the dreadnought floating in the distance, it seemed our journey was finally coming to an end and i adressed the crew through the radio communication and they all seemed determined to put this trade to an end.
We got close to the dreadnought and indeed this ship was armored, armed and protected way better than these other ships, though a well placed impaler still got out troops in. And this time i joined my troops, like any coastal guard i should lead my troops into battle, as my father used to say "a leader that wont fight should not be a leader at all." with those words flying through my head i grabbed my hammer and used the teleporter.
Once i arrived on the ship, i could hear the wailing of slaves getting tortured, did they not even detect our landing? i still dont know, either way we used this to our advantage and went for the prison block, wich was quite large. Torturers and prison guards were shot on sight and we escorted the prisoners to the impaler to teleport them to our ship and radiod back that the turrets should now be on stand by to deal with pirates that would have the idea to take our teleporters to our ship.
At that point they finally detected us but there was nothing left to defend, all that was left for us to do was place the explosives. I led the bacteria through the veins of the ship and placed the explosives on places that were supposed to be vulnerable, and headed back to the teleporter, i somewhat regret not seeing this captain as he most likely fled the ship before we blew it up, but his death is not my concern, my task was to free these slaves and bring them back.
Wich brought us to the best part of our mission, seeing these poor prisoners reunite with their family is what i joined the immortals for when tower asked me before i died in the medievals of our planet, im glad that this feeling that fills me is still the same as when i felt it for the first time, it is truly the real reward for being immortal, then our next reward was returning home to our own families and prove the mission was succesfull. |
