You could roll a dice yourself and factor that into your posts if you so please, but we don't provide dice-rolling mechanics since they would have the downside of being changeable with a simple Edit Post. Unfortunately some people would abuse this.

It's down to you what you write, so you'd just roll yourself and put whatever you like. Whether or not it was rolled. There's no rules on RNG here.

There are no dice roll or stats. The difference is tier level.

Err....... the dice roll would be to determine the random effect and what not. It's how chaos magic works. I'd basicly consult a off site table to see what random effect would be happening when the chaos magic occurs.

We wont be implementing stats or dice rolls. Its up to your rps and magic tier
