After the end of the first Mavire/Avine war, that ended in a draw. Both Mavire and Avine were running low on resources. The Avine got desperate, the Avine decided to hold several small attacks known as the Avine Blitz. Mavine's stability suffered for this reason. Some people in Mavine decided to take the safety of the main city into their own hands and they formed a small militia. Three main people led this rag-tag military, Eden, Feria, and a man by the name of Tamen Derrak. (Note: Eden and Feria [Eden's sister] were not yet undead) The main goal of this malitia was to uphold border stability. Mostly to stop more attacks from the Avine Blitz. Two more years pass and Mavire is once again a superpower. Three more years, Mavine is triple its borders. A renaissance is one of the causes. The mailita also recived a new name, The Mavine Vanguard. Five months pass and Avine is at the boiling point with Mavine, they invade shortly after. Feriah is captured, fortunately the Vanguard was able to fend off the attack only taking minimal casualties due to the lack of proper seige weapons on Avine's side.
