The ship was made by the blacksmith which is Jax and final adjustments were made by Lucifer. The Lucian 1TS is the abbreviation of the full name: Lucian Transportation Spaceship. It's actually the 1st model and prototype of it's kind, because Jax hasn't ever built a space ship before but has gotten tons of help from Synth and others. It's used mostly as a transporting vehicle that transports certain people of social status to other planets and meet with other factions. It's not the Lucian combat space ship which is a totally different thing that doesn't exist yet or hasn't been produced yet by Jax. This space ship can fit up to 1400 people at max capacity.
