Former offenses:the executioner is wanted for a rampage of murder, sexual harassment and violation, arson and vandalism. he has drawn alot of blood on jeslore and has made over 40 kills, the closest to keya 'the wasp' gildas in the medievals with a bodycount of 75. the executioner is well known for his raid on a new generation office where he used his ability to absorb massive amounts of damage without needing body armor, he is certainly almost as dangerous as an entire immortal raider party on his own.Former aprehension and arrestation:
rakshaha's rampage was put to an end with a combination of heavy suppressing fire, sniper fire from nearby rooftops and stealthy officers exploiting the fact his mask blocks out sound and the snipers laid down continual damage on him wich wore him down, while the assault officers mostly acted as distractions, exploiting his lower intelligence to make him attack the assault officers instead of the stealth officers or snipers.

Confiscated gear:
after his arrest, the officers found multiple crudely crafted weapons and armor pieces, most notably a gun that fires sticks of dynamite, a gun that fires several shotgun slugs in one shot and several knives and hatchets. the executionor explained in an interigation that he has a fondness for dismemberment and thus prefered shotguns that allowed these practices.
Powers
thanks to him being a mix of the 2 strongest known races on jeslore, he has extreme durability and strength, allowing him to sustain massive amounts of punishment before succumbing, his strength and his weapon choice make him extremely dangerous in close range.History
Rakshaha halewell was raised by his renegade elf mother, she never wanted a child and never knew her husband, the father was a rogue giant that had his way with many renegade women as he deemed them 'worthy' of this sort of treatment as he has lost his own family to their slavery. rakshaha was raised in a rough part of linesse where the renegades stayed after having fallen to the invasion of the humans/sun elves trying to free the sun elves. there was some semblence of racism going on as that area was close to the barracks of soldiers who had to fight their kin. his mother got diagnosed with cancer and despite the best efforts of the sun elven curing she passed away.confronted with the loss of his mother, rakshaha developed a hatred for the usn elves and traveled to one of the few countries still under renegade control. he volunteered to become an executioner and happily killed sun elven slaves for failing to follow orders and captured sun elven soldiers, however, soon this village too fell to the humans and rakshaha had now developed an enjoyment to executing sun elves, and continued his work vigilante, making even more kills befoe finally being arrested after an organized attack of the police.recently rakshaha escaped after a transportation attempt and apparently escaped jeslore as well, the last known thing about him is that he joined a mercenary group...
