Strengths
-Sword Skills: Having a sadistic coach that makes every spar close to a life or death situation can up your game.
-Magic: Well his brand of it.
-Tactician: When it comes to battles and strategies he's always quick on his feet.
Weaknesses
-Lazy: He abhors doing things that do not interest him.
-Smart*$$: He cannot help himself from cracking jokes and being a bit of an obnoxious brat. He just cannot.
-Curiosity: His desire to learn new things it was constantly puts him in trouble. Rumors going around about a giant taco that eats people, or a planet that drowns people in tears. Those sounds like things he must check out. (He’s the crazy person that moves towards the creaking sound in the middle of the woods.)
-Bribes: True to his race. He has an issue with saying no to great food or books.

Rain has a unique type of magic called word magic. He writes a word in the ancient Atlantean alphabet and pours his magic into it. Upon completion of the word the word takes effect. A link below will be provided for an in depth analysis to his magic.
History
Rain was born 3,476 years ago to the Great Queen Moana and Vice Admiral Lanmè. Some time after the great invasion but a bit before the 3rd Kraken wars. As the first born son of the Great Warrior Lanmè and the Youngest of Moana’s 125 children. Rain was often trained in the Warrior's way by his father even before his ceremony (not an uncommon practice by parents). Making him more intuned with battle then a standard Wizard would be. Still he grew up very loved and often spoiled, never wanting much but to read and have adventures.
At the time of his 18th birthday and the reveal of his magic his mother was astounded at by the fact that he was a Wizard. Making him the fourth out of all his siblings. A great reason to celebrate by many. It marked him as a candidate for the throne. Instead of being ecstatic, as time passed Rain felt more and more forlorn. He loved his people but wished for a different life, exploring the seas, battling monsters, and learning about his planet was nice. But he wanted more a chance to be more than just Rain De l'aube, a hopeful future king. He wanted to do something other Atlanteans never thought of, like explore the stars.
