Due to the chains bound to her ankles by a curse, she can use them in any way to strangle, tie up, and attack her opponent. She is also very fast which is ironic because of the chains on her ankles that can't be removed.

Mei is mute so she can't talk at all which is a big problem for her. She is also very shy and afraid of other people because she might hurt them is her belief.

She can use the chains in any way to help her. For example, she can make the chains float and grab on to stuff so it can lift her into the air so she can get somewhere higher
Appearance
Mei has long black hair with sharp red eyes which runs in her family. She is really pale and looks somewhat really creepy. She wears no shoes due to the chains around her ankles. Where ever she goes the chains follow her.
History
Mei Izumi was a very cheerful and amusing little girl but when she was 14 intruders invaded her home and killed all her family and stole their valuables. Her father was a demon and her mother was human. She was spared and raised up by a dark demon company who laid the curse of the chains on her which they called her the Chain Master and so she could never tell anyone about them or their doings they laid a curse on her mouth so she could never talk again. When she turned 16 she got away by killing all the people in the company which soon got her the name of a demon. Now she travels across the world in the shadows afraid of people just because she doesn't want to hurt anyone. Any other stuff about Mei is unknown.
