A Local From Asfar.

Fein is a local young adult from Asfar, who wanted to change his life for the better and go live the rest of his life at Lucian. There's not much back story to his character other then him being a top student in all his classes for far.
Fein will be along side Lucifer as he's shown around the place starting to get jealous of him even. He wanders the kingdom in search of a place to stay at as he lives there for now.
