History
He is a After Life Assigner, which means he is down between the pits of hell and just plain darkness. He is usually not seen often up on the surface much but when there are important deaths, such as a god's of revenge's death then he will have to come by and deal with that. His power level and social status is pretty high, because there can only be one after life assigner at a time in existence due to disagreements. His status explains pretty much of what he lives for, Zazo sends the dead to the after life assigner underground dimension and Horris takes care of everything from there.
