Powers
Eitana's body naturally generates a highly transparent, slightly teal hued liquid from her body, filled with a slight magical charge drawn from the world around her, as if it were a tiny battery of sorts. She seeps this substance out of her skin and thusly opts to wear long flowing robes to give her ample space to pool it outside of her body while keeping it hidden. She is able to directly control the liquid while in contact with her body. She can also mold this liquid into whatever shape she wishes and harden it, to which she uses in combat to substitute regular weaponry and armour, with sickeningly sharpened edges for her weapons. The very tiny amount of magical power contained within the glass, while not much, is enough to help assist in taking down entities and objects vulnerable to the arcane essence. Glass hardened for the intent of combat is relatively thick and is much more opaque than it's liquid form, featuring a strong teal hue.

Eitana must regularly shed her excess liquid glass, lest she let it build up inside her body. This causes mild discomfort at first, eventually becoming lethal after increasingly severe side effects. Once the liquid glass is outside of her body, she cannot reabsorb it back into it, though she can store it outside her body, so long as it remains in contact with her. If her magical glass remains detached from Eitana for a few hours, it will begin to degrade and dissolve, releasing the energy within back to the world, with solid glass will breaking down into its liquid form first.

Alongside her normal glass, part of Eitana is acutely corrupted and generates a trace amount of dark glass. This glass is a pinky purple as opposed to the regular teal. While the amount of this she generates is very low, the magical energy contained with is greater than that of her regular glass. A tennis-ball sized orb of this dark glass is enough, that when discharged all at once and focused appropriately, can power one laser-like shot of her pistol, or if shattered creates a low-powered arcane explosion.

History
Eitana was born into the poorer working classes on the planet Phoenixspire and a few days after her birth it was pretty clear there were complications with the young baby Eitana. An uncontrollable sweating of an unknown slightly teal substance, accompanied with plenty cries of pain from the baby prompted immediate investigation from the doctors and nurses monitoring both Eitana and her Mother. After some deduction, a rather crude diagnosis and equally crude solution had been devised. Eitana was being plagued by an unwanted build up of fluids; to which the response was to stick a needle inside of Eitana and pump the fluids out. This solution was terribly short lived and shortly after Eitana's mother and the baby were cleared from the hospital, Eitana was back with the same problem, having the fluids pumped out of her once more.

The family was advised at this time to seek a specialist in the field of magical afflictions, though this was by no means easy for the family with their limited income and wealth. Forced to bite the bullet, they sought out specialist after specialist until one of them finally had a proper answer and solution for them.

Eitana was generating, naturally and uncontrollably, a magical substance from her body. Until Eitana was old enough to control the phenomenon, there was basically no permanent solution to keeping the liquid from building up inside of Eitana, which in the worst case scenario would eventually result in death. Every few days, she would need to be brought to someone who could drain her of the fluids.

The family of Eitana tried to hold onto her for as long as they could but the frequent visits to doctors to drain her fluids proved far too expensive an option to do long term. The family had nearly bankrupted themselves only a few months into Eitana's life and had two choices ahead of them: Let Eitana die or attempt to beseech anyone they could for assistance, a hard task under the Mercenary King's rule.

It took the rest of the family's resources to get the interest of anyone in a particular, eventually garnering a passing fancy from a Knight of the Mercenary King - The Lady Zoanna. After some careful examination and consideration of the potential within the child, an offer was made - Lady Zoanna would take care of Eitana on the condition that Eitana would forever be separated from her family and raised within the Mercenary King's halls under her wing. Completely out of options, the family reluctantly said their goodbyes to the infant, left in the hollow comfort that Eitana would have access to more than they could provide themselves - Even if it was by the hands of someone from the Mercenary King's court themselves.

Eitana never would have been told who her parents were.

Over the next several years of her life, Eitana would've been taught her to regulate her internal flow of glass as well as begin academical studies. At the age of 7 she began helping out Lady Zoanna with more mundane tasks, such as running small errands, cleaning weapons and armour when her Lady was present on Phoenixspire; and keeping her room clean when she wasn't. Between these tasks her time was filled up with learning how to further control her ability, academical studies and the basics of combat. Lady Zoanna, though caring, was quite strict on Eitana and strived for perfection. As such, it is no surprise that Eitana was performing quite well in both academically and in combat studies and had almost no free time. She spent much of her short free time using her own glass ability to entertain herself, creating small glass orbs and over time teaching herself to contact juggle small glass orbs.

At the age of 14, Eitana was promoted to a Squire, beginning to accompany Lady Zoanna most places she went, all the while keeping up on her studies. Her glass had, at this point, proven to be a very effective replacement for normal weaponry and as such her combat studies started to revolve around what she could create with her glass ability almost exclusively. While she was capable of creating laser weaponry with the minute magical power stored within her glass, this particular facet wasn't proven to be capable of wounding anything when powered with her regular glass. It was only when Eitana, while accompanying Lady Zoanna's journeys had come face to face with a Demon and suffered minor exposure to it's daemonic energies that part of her became acutely corrupted that she began to generate small amounts of dark glass that pursuing a laser weapon became feasible.

At the age of 20, with the removal of the Mercenary King by the hands of Queen Jaya imminent, Lady Zoanna and Eitana joined Queen Jaya's forces in battle, though whether out of ideology or self preservation is unknown. With the formation of the new alliance and with Eitana turning 21, she was knighted herself, being relinquished from Lady Zoanna's guidance and subservience, though she still considers her a mentor and parental figure.

Lady Eitana now serves under Queen Jaya for the Alliance.
